I take comfort knowing that Russell Wilson's entire rookie year was based on backyard football. You take that, he's comfortable with it, then you build on it

The biggest thing for me is it looks to me like JFF is taking this seriously. Paying attention during games and in the qb room. Last year there was no hope. So far this year in two games he's started he looks competent and there's something to work with

But, he is not throwing balls up for grabs, not pulling it down and running at the first sign of pressure. I really disagree. He looks like an NFL QB tonight.

I have to say that I like what I see from Manziel.
He definitely looks like he is developing under this staff. Maybe they know what they are doing by keeping him as the backup till(?) now.

I doubt we win, but as long as we fight I'm ok with that. We have a lot of talent and coaching gaps, as long as they keep fighting then they haven't given up

That's not "backyard" football, he is moving, and keeping his eyes downfield in order to make throws. That's what you want your QB to do, especially when under pressure.
