If Farmer is still employed, he is going to be soooooooooooooo happy: For first time this spring, NFL expected to allow teams to begin trading compensatory draft picks, per NFL sources. Should be more trades.

More and more GM's are trying to work the system to get comp picks so it's getting harder.
NE is of course still ahead of the game. They add team options on contracts that they can then just void instead of cutting a player outright. This helps them gain comp picks with big named players that they no longer want to pay a large amount of money.

Housler should cancel Austin, and not Rubin due to similarity of contract. Rubin has played 54% of snaps for Seattle, which is a lot for a DT. I think that would normall be a sixth but it would be funny if we got the only 7th.
Also, I think Skrine will be the last 4th and not early 5th. He also has 67% of snap counts.

Yeah hopefully PT adjusts both of those up cause we are hanging on by a thread getting anything for Austin right now.
