Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

Niners - 17 Browns - 14
JF scrambles for 2 TD's, drives the team into the red zone late in the 4th. We can't get our FG unit onto the field due to Pettine telling the ref not to call timeout until the playclock was down to 1. The problem was that time expired when the playclock was at 3. Cam Erving signs a huge endorsement deal with Shout, who backs out at the last minute because despite their claims, they weren't able to get all of the grass stains off of Cam's arse.

close game, browns prevail to lose
SF 16 CLE 13
"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

JF scrambles and gets sacked, hard. The offensive line stands here with their hands on their hips thinking, "hey dude, I thought you were scrambling". By the end of the 3rd JM's concussed and Davis is back in with Pryor as our next man up. Except Pettine didn't make him active and Lee has mop up duty while trying to kick an out-route to Hartline.

Is it bad that I'd rather have Tomsula than Pettine?
There is zero chance the Browns win any remaining games, even if Manziel plays really well. The players know this is a sinking ship. The ship is also rudderless and devoid of leadership. They know the schemes they are being asked to run don't make any sense. They know there will be huge, sweeping changes next year. There is literally nothing to play for.
The Browns aren't winning another game this year.

The Browns aren't winning another game this year. I'll go with that prediction for the remaining four games.

The Ravens game probably sapped any remaining dignity from this team. With the exception of JF, I think they'll just go through the motions to finish the season.

I predict they will win. Because it is the worst thing that could happen to the franchise. They just announced Johnny Rehab is starting. Woo hoo we're SAVED! *snicker*
They will win and end up with the 4th or 5th pick in the draft. While a lot of people say no stud QB is coming out anyway... I'll just bet one guy taken before us becomes something. That is just our luck. Happens all the time.
Heaven forbid a win convinces Haslam to stay the course with Farmer and Pettine. Yikes.... I've got to stop I'm giving myself the willies....
Pettine spikes Johnny's Gatorade with JD and it's Browns 27 Niner's 24 Johnny pukes twice in the huddle.... lmao

Opposing team's QBs average a QB rating of 100.5 against us.
We are about to make Blaine Gabbert look like Aaron Rodgers (career passer rating of 105).

That is just our luck. Happens all the time. The guy taken before our pick becomes something. And 30 guys after our pick becomes something as well. But we never pick them. We pick the in-betweeners, the almost good, the close but no cigar kind of guys. We've failed on so many high draft picks, what makes anybody think that we'd pick any better if we had the first pick?

There was one someone had a while ago that really cracked me up. Forget who or what it was now. Our defense is still our defense. JFF throws for well over 300 yards but we only score one TD. Win our last two home games. Especially last...I can see all the towels in our house I don't want them waving and cheering a victory.
Fans going deserve to see us win. 4-11 will be good enough to take Cook. WR blah...never in the top 10 please. RB too many to take them early.
D 7 extraordinaire? If not QB got to go there. We could have overall #1 with 4-11???

WR never in the top 10?
because Carr doesn't like Cooper whatsoever.

exactly why i wouldn't count on Gordon. if he actually makes it through camp and to the regular season, great.
but people on this board say over and over again how QB play wasn't the problem this year.
if manziel shows anything worthy of a starter, i go into the draft finding the best weapon i can get this kid.
if there's an amari cooper, megatron, AJ green type, no hesistation, i grab him with our first pick.
if gordon does come back, then we have two big targets on the outside, with hawk and grabriel running slot where they belong.
it's time we get actual playmakers on this team for once.

Nobody mean here for the Browns. We need a "Hacksaw" type or three. We digress from the mean . . . .

I feel confident that the opposing team's fans will not take over our stadium this week. As for the game, my crystal ball - although cloudy - tells me Niners 22 Browns 10. 5 Phil Dawson FGs win it for San Fran.

While that might be relevant in areas in which exclude the decisions made by a human bean, the bean Farmer is using to make his decisions are unpredictable other than that the vast majority of his drafts picks thus far have been bad. Do you have a mathematical equivalent to what an incompetent thinking GM might do? Really, I have no idea what you mean by that phrase. Apparently others do so it may have merit. But I don't think so. I appears to me that as soon as you involve the a human's decision making it becomes unpredictable other than that it will trend to be the same thing it has been.

Next year we have a healthy, mentally stable Gordon on one side and Pryor on the other. The smurfs will fill in at positions better suited to them.

Exciting and Higlights...Yes.
Winning games? compared with other good WRs available in abundance and I ain't talking about Mayle.
We need a offense that is in sync...more than a WR. Even with our multiple injuries at WR...its not a position holding us back.
Not never when I talk about WRs do I mean don't upgrade from the draft...right place right time even in the first round. I say go ahead. If we listened to all on this board we would have gone and did what was needed to get Parker...what does he have 3 catches all year?

Was listening to Jessie Palmer on the RBS this morning and he was talking about Lynch. The way he was talking about him really made me want him. Big and athletic, runs pro concepts. Had me hoping for an 0-4 finish.

Tough to predict who will suck less. I'll take the home team although SF may be riding that overtime victory high into this game.

The Browns D has given up 30+ points in 5 straight, it's not stopping anytime soon.
The march to the #1 overall pick remains successful.

If the Browns were to regress back to their average, that's still not good. This is true. I was talking about a regression to the NFL mean, not ours. A regression to the mean our picks (since 1999) would just get us a bunch of crappy players.

With 2 horrible defenses on the field, I think this might be a fun shootout kinda game.
9ers win it 34-33.

They're never prepared, what makes anybody think they'll be prepared for that. The clock will run out, and they'll still be trying to decide.

Is Bowe going to play? If so, predictions on whether he can haul in his second pass of the year? I know that's asking a lot.
Oops sorry I guess he had three against Cincy. My bad. Can he make it 4?
