thats rich coming from the guy that gets his news from Rush Limbaugh.
“To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public.”
Sorry my vote is reserved for Deez Nuts and the guy with the boot on his head.
I'm mad deez nuts didn't get to debate.

"Where's Richard Pryor to have us vote for "None of the Above"?"
I love quotes from past movies. For those who did not know, "None of the above" is from Brewster's Millions. Mentioned way back on the "Favorite Sports Movies" thread.
Which reminds me DIEHARD, it's getting to be that time of the year.
"It's Christmas, Theo. It's the time of miracles. So be of good cheer... and call me when you hit the last lock."
"I'm going to count to three, there won't be a four... Give me the code."
If we would have voted my man Ross way back in 1992 the country would have been out of debt by now
The budget should be balanced, the treasury should be refilled, the public debt should be reduced and the arrogance of public officials should be controlled. Ross Perot
A weak currency is the sign of a weak economy, and a weak economy leads to a weak nation. Ross Perot
Most new jobs won't come from our biggest employers. They will come from our smallest. We've got to do everything we can to make entrepreneurial dreams a reality. Ross Perot
You know GM, if he could have made up his mind whether he actually wanted to president or not it would have helped.
And who was that crazy dude he had as a running mate?
Stockdale. He wasn't crazy. He was a retired Navy Admiral. You don't get to that post being a crazy person. His problem was he wasn't a good off the cuff speaker and didn't operate well outside of the strict military protocol.
If everybody had like minds, we would never learn.
Stockdale looked confused at the 92' debate because he was told about a week before hand he would be there. He wasn't given time to write a speech and didn't really discuss politics with Perot before hand. He died of Alzheimers in 2005, I don't know if it would have been affecting him in 92.
Stockdale is an interesting guy who didn't get the credit he deserved at the time. He was the leader of the POWs in the Hanoi Hilton and had a bit of a legacy after Vietnam as well. Well studied in Stoicism which blends well with the personal responsibility and prudence of right wing political ideology. (He actually has a few articles on the subject you can pull from his wikipedia http://www.usna.edu/Ethics/_files/documents/stoicism1.pdf)
