i hope they remember the intensity and physicality they played with tonight the second half..that was the team from last year. Lebron needs to realize they feed off him..he likes to take it easy and get others involved, but I think he needs to start games like he did the second half tonight..be aggressive and when he does that it changes everything..Great second half effort.

The West has two .500 teams in the playoffs! What a joke! The totally need to reseed the playoff system, so the Warriors don't get a cake-walk to the Finals! In all seriousness though, the West isn't much better this year. outside of the Warriors and Spurs (and MAYBE the Thunder), there isn't a whole lot of substance there either. The Pelicans and Blazer dropped off a cliff. The Rockets are a mess too. Dallas was supposed to be "rebuilding" this year, and they're in the 6th spot right now. The Clips, Jazz and Griz really have all kinds of holes in them as well.

Cavs shredding the Magic right now. Up 30 in the 3rd. LeBron looks unstoppable, Mozgov is looking much better, Delly looking good, Shump looking spry ... although it still sort of feels like they are walking over corpses.

James Jones is looking like Steph Curry here in garbage time. He's hit 4 threes in a row.

now that game was what most expected everynight..having shump back was awesome..i think we took for granted his game, while not spectacular...so solid and he fills a gap perfectly. Then talk of kyrie tues, going to be some fun bball. One thing about this team that really stands out for me, 1-15, they all really really like each other, play and root for each other..not sure I've seen a team like that 1-15. Because I'm in orlando market I got their feed and their announcers even mentioned it. When they are play loose and having fun they are pretty incredible..I think they get in their own heads sometimes and get down when they aren't perfect..yesterday was exactly how they should be playing.

Watching the Buffalo Bills documentary and it's got me thinking. If you have a chance to win a title you need to go all in. Don't think about the year after. Winning a championship is really, really, really hard. You're gonna need the ball to bounce your way at some point.
It makes me glad the Cavs are going all in.

I agree. It's one of the things the Warriors have going for them as well. It makes it that much more fun to watch and root for the team to be successful. LeBron is so moody though that he can reverse the chemistry if there's adversity and he gets in one of his moods. He has to recognize as the leader of the team to stay the same all the time. With the Warriors finally showing some mortality, this is going to get fun. A Cavs - GS Finals where everyone is healthy on both teams could go down as the best Finals ever.
LOL - The Rish will be upset with this news as well. KS just doesn't prioritize winning...

Should have been two in a row. I know I keep saying this, but I truly think that they are much more mentally Frah-gee-lay that people think. It's easy playing on a team when you do nothing but win. Hopefully their newest streak doesn't end at one...

I still can't see anyone but them representing the west in the finals ... beating them 4 of 7 is a TASK

Pops knows that the only season that counts is the post-season. He doesn't care about win/loss records or streaks or any regular season non-sense. If they can avoid injuries and age, they'll be peaking around playoff time and be just as dangerous as anyone.

It's also annoying how he's always staring at the ground when he walks.

Team Happily Under The Radar has, at 20-5, matched the second-best start through 25 games in franchise history. The Spurs are also unbeaten at home (12-0), No. 4 in offensive efficiency at 104.7 and a runaway No. 1 in defensive efficiency at 91.9, which is on course to be their lowest reading since the 2003-04 season (91.6) Golden State is going to have their hands full with these guys.

J/K:
Is anyone else as impressed as I am with the job that Luke Walton has done in Golden State, with Kerr having been out all year? Man, that was a challenging situation to be thrown into, and he has handled it calmly and capably, while coaching the team to a record win streak to start the season.
I bet he gets some heavy duty offers next season.

I was talking to a few friends last night about this, and I would much rather play GSW instead of the Spurs in the finals.

I wish the cavs would figure out who they are...they are getting smacked around and are just taking it. We need some consistent shooters. I think that is the most glaring need. Boston def. isn't an easy out and they are talking all kinds of smack..we need to cram it down their throats.

God I can't stand the Boston announcers...that was the most annoying game to sit through. We def. played like we should the second half..the ball movement was superb.. And of course glass man shump hurt again. I really think we need to use that exception on a 2 for insurance..Shump can't be reliable. OKC game will be the best test so far to see where we stand..I'd like to see Kyrie come back for that game, but I think he comes back at a home game. I really like how we beat them up inside the first 3 quarters and then used that to get our outside shots going..Thats just about perfect scenario for us..I think Moz may be coming out of his slump. Good win and Good game. Blatt made some excellent defensive assignment adjustments that really shut down their penetration. When they can't drive and kick they aren't very effective.

Boston's announcers were so annoying. They whine constantly.
The start of the 3rd quarter was terrible basketball. We settled down and Boston couldn't hit wide open shots, so the game was over. Our perimeter defense has to improve.
