Frankly, I don't have a clue as to who I'd want here. Nobody pops out at me either. It's just a wreck. If Pettine goes, you have to find a coach that is willing to roll with Manziel. Commit to Manziel and build the team. You really believe Johnny football can dedicate himself to football? You really think Johnny can be a first in last out kind of guy? That is the question after all. Can Johnny OFF the field, do what it takes? So far he has shown he CAN'T. They give him the rest of the season with one warning.... DON'T embarrass us. FIRST thing he does is go out partying. That isn't going to change. It's who he is. That said, if we ARE going to go with Johnny we really need to hire an OFFENSIVE head coach. Gruden seemed to really like Johnny.... I do I like Johnny

Can there even be an experienced football man out there willing to get himself into this? I can see another first time guy coming in. Heck, I don't even know why a new coach would put this upon himself. There are lots of guys dying to be head coaches. We have one of those now...

Heck, I don't even know why a new coach would put this upon himself. There are lots of guys dying to be head coaches. Money talks. Haslam can pay a guy anything he wants. Pick your guy and go after him. Billick could probably be had easily. Gruden might take some real coin. Cowher would probably take a HUGE pile of money.

I can't stop thinking that the trigger was pulled WAY to quickly on Chud. No tellin', but we did lose Horton and Turner and that is what hurt when that went down.
