True, but Shanny is also forcing Matt Ryan to throw outside the pocket and on the run. Something that Ryan isn't built for. He also has a tendency to slow down the pace of the offense even though the no huddle proves more effective (Remind you of something?). That said, he'll def be keeping his job unless he implodes.
