I have a hard time grading OL via stats. And these guys I don't think have the time to get this out watching the tape over and over. Curious how it add up with our own coaches tape/grades???

And no my objection has nothing to do with Erving - our OL I thought he was low man on the totem pole just not that low maybe.

It was the fact they had Schwartz that high (4.1) and Joe Thomas that low (under 2)... I mean yes Schwartz had a decent game...but I could swear his agent is doing the grading...lol smile

The Good:
- Johnny played well. He is improving with each game. He has the fire to win, and the moxy to rally to rally the troops. Our offense never gave up, to the point of Johnny being totally gassed out of his mind but still making big plays.
- Our offensive Line made some great pulls giving Johnny the chance to create offense.
- Cam Irving had one of his better games, and Joe Thomas dominated at LT.
- Gary Barnidge had some key catches despite the fact the KC's defense keyed on him the whole game.
- Our defense is thin as heck, but they played really hard. Gipson had some nice plays, but also some blown tackles too.
- Danny Shelton actually made some plays that would make a highlight reel.

The Bad:
- We have no red zone targets. Johnny made some great throws in the red zone but due to lack of size/talent, we had nobody that could finish the play.
- Dwayne Bowe needs to retire.
- We really need an EVERY DOWN RB. Crow and Duke are not every down backs. Crow is best as a change of pace back and Duke is best as a 3rd down guy. We need someone who can take 20-25 carries and 1st and 2nd downs.
- Our D Line couldn't contain Alex 'freaking' Smith and he ran for his highest total this season. Yes, Alex Smith.
- Poor Clock management by the coaching staff. Pettine did all that he could, but his coordination with the coordinators didn't mesh and we often found ourselves in bad offensive situations where the clock became the enemy rather then the Chiefs; especially at the very end of the game.
- Our CB's played their assess off, but Tramon Williams got owned and Charles Gaines got lucky on a few plays that the WR couldn't come up with the ball.

The Conculusion:
This team is totally void of talent at the skill positions and the key positions of defense. This is totally Ray Farmer's fault. The team is playing hard for Coach Pettine, they just do not have the talent to truly compete against even average teams. Farmer has GOT TO GO! I don't trust this mad with another draft pick; especially the #2 or 3 pick we will have this upcoming draft. I have no major issues with a 2nd year head coach like Mike Pettine but I fear he might be a casualty of an upper office change.

Only Time Will Tell..

If you have less points when the board reads zero its a loss.

JM and our receivers just couldnt get on the same page and it was ugly. I do give JM some credit though, he busted his butt.

The good:

- Manziel's running
- The defense in the second half
- At least some tackles that drove the offensive player backward
- Our RB's when they don't hesitate before hitting the holes

The bad:

- Manziel's passing
- The missed tackles
- Our RB's hesitating at the line
- Our consistency!

The ugly:

- The blocked FG
- The fact that I had no hope that we were going to win that game...

Defense - what to say - at least they got off the field a couple of times and seemed to adjust enough to avoid allowing our glaring holes to be abused ;-)

Another "L" but at least I enjoyed it :-/

I'm not 100% certain what you meant by 'medicine head' but if you meant you thought he may have partied the night before the game, I wondered the same thing. The look in the eyes wasn't the same as the last game, from the get-go. Good observation (if that's what you meant)......

I don't see any way he partied the night before the seahawks game. No way at all.

The team flies to seattle, together. They bus to the hotel, together. They eat, they have meetings. They'd be lucky to have 2 hours of "down" time - free time.

Only diff. between an away game and a home game is they don't fly for home games. They have to be IN the hotel by 8 pm for home games. They can check in as early as 5, but all players are IN the hotel by 8, as that's when meetings start.

There is a new video of JM on Busted Coverage. He and a bud are drinking something called Four Loko, reportedly on Christmas day (Friday). Four Loko is an alcoholic / energy drink.

Maybe Crow and Duke should of drank some of that.. Then maybe JM wouldn't of been the leading rusher..

I've never had it, but the guys on the radio said you get hammered on two of them, and then you can't sleep. Doesn't sound like fun to me.

I thought they were forced to change the formula

No energy and malt liquor - just malt liquor

I tried one of the old ones - nasty

It used to be an energy drink. They took out the energy ingredients years ago.

I prefer to get hammered and sleep... lol.. I never drank it.. Never would...way to much caffeine.. What messed you up was the Absinthe in it.

When I was in Japan back in the early 80's I drank Absinthe shots... Wicked stuff, very very wicked stuff.. I remember standing in a street with Japanese people singing Japanese songs we were all laughing because I knew the words and never spoke Japanese before... Thank you God for saving my Life... smile

Damn. You were really OG with the 4loko. They didn't put absinthe in it, but straight up wormwood. Wormwood is the psychoactive ingredient in Absinthe. That said, I'm pretty sure they quit putting wormwood in it due to the cost. But yeah, absinthe is certainly something. Van Gogh went crazy drinking it. Believe he cut off his ear and gave it to a prostitute while on the juice.

4loko now is just really sugary malt liquor. Pretty awful taste. But mix it with some smirnoff ice and you're golden.

I didn't know this. It is probably good that the did that considering people were dying from drinking it.

Either way, not a great look for a guy that was in rehab.

Let's try that again: I definitely don't think he partied before the Seahawks game, but the Chiefs game? I'm not so sure of.

Yeah, I'm a dummy. I admit it. Read my post again, but substitute Chiefs for Seahawks.

Got ya. I guess all-in-all it doesn't matter, as we still lost. It was a close one though, and the second half was a lot of fun to watch.

This board is an endless fount of knowledge. I now know what 4LOko is.

I know I don't want it.

Wormwood and absinthe are not part of the food pyramid.

JM needs Pixie Dust.

Isn't that what he had in the rolled up bill in the bathroom pic?
