It sounds like the GM is just going to be a glorified player personnel guy, with the title GM. Sashi Browns will have final say on the roster and draft.
Which top candidate is going to come running for that kind of "GM" job?

Yeah - I get the impression that each week in their 1:1, you'd have farmer saying "Pet can't use the talent I got him" and then Pet saying "Farmer got me crap"... I've been there and then my response was get rid of them both if neither one was a top performer...
