He is vastly underpaid. If any player making $8 million a year is a bargain, it's Joe Thomas.
Heck, I bet that Alex Mack gets $9 million+ per year on the open market.

If I have to make Joe Thomas the highest paid lineman ever (per year) in order to keep him here I do that.
If he leaves I'm sure he would get what he would be leaving here wherever he goes.
If I have to pay Mack more just to avoid the thought of Cam Erving being the guy that has his hands on the ball first I also do that.

its literally my fault for buying a JT jersey. Never fails that we remove a player the season after I buy a jersey but damn man not like there is any other player worth buy a jersey for =(
