Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

He scares me as much as Trump. Who I guess came in second in Iowa. FWIW

My republican candidate so far is Rubio or Kasich but I don't think either has a chance.

Kasich is actually doing well in New Hampshire. He is polling quite strong right now.

He (and some other candidates) completely ignored Iowa in order to concentrate on New Hampshire.

I don't think that Cruz will win in New Hampshire. I also don't think that Trump will. My guess would be one of 3 candidates .... Rubio builds on his surprisingly good showing in Iowa, Kasich, who has a strong organization and ground game in New Hampshire, and who has campaigned there from the start, or ..... yeah ... Jed Bush. (who is also running strong in New Hampshire)

I think that Carson, Paul, and Christie could all be out after New Hampshire.

I find it so interesting that the First Place and Third Place winners in Iowa are Latino/Hispanic.

I have always felt the future of America will be guided by the Latino/Hispanic communities and this is Great for America.

80 Percent of new entrepreneurs in this Country are Hispanic!
They raise their kids well, work hard and believe in traditional family values. They are a religious people too.
I know many Hispanics and they feel if a man is receiving charity or a government handout, he is a failure unless sick or disabled. He needs to get with it and provide for his own.

I think our future looks bright with this kind of immigration to our sick and festering society.

I now return you to our regularly scheduled broadcast...

Swish I saw you talking about Cruz being a tough guy from behind the microphone. Ted Nugent is the biggest blow hard in that regard. Meanwhile this is his story about his opportunity to serve his country and how he handled it...

Ted the draft dodger...
"Ted Nugent: Ted was a young boy, appearing to be a hippie but quite opposite in fact, working hard and playing hard, playing rock and roll like a deviant. People would question my sanity, I played so much. So I got my notice to be in the draft. Do you think I was gonna lay down my guitar and go play army? Give me a break! I was busy doin' it to it. I had a career Jack. If I was walkin' around, hippying down, getting' loaded and pickin' my ass like your common curs, I'd say "Hey yeah, go in the army. Beats the poop out of scuffin' around in the gutters." But I wasn't a gutter dog. I was a hard workin', mother BLANKING rock and roll musician.

I got my physical notice 30 days prior to. Well, on that day I ceased cleansing my body. No more brushing my teeth, no more washing my hair, no baths, no soap, no water. Thirty days of debris build. I stopped shavin' and I was 18, had a little scraggly beard, really looked like a hippie. I had long hair, and it started gettin' kinky, matted up. Then two weeks before, I stopped eating any food with nutritional value. I just had chips, Pepsi, beer-stuff I never touched-buttered poop, little jars of Polish sausages, and I'd drink the syrup, I was this side of death, Then a week before, I stopped going to the bathroom. I did it in my pants. poop, piss the whole shot. My pants got crusted up.

See, I approached the whole thing like, Ted Nugent, cool hard-workin' dude, is gonna wreak havoc on these imbeciles in the armed forces. I'm gonna play their own game, and I'm gonna destroy 'em. Now my whole body is crusted in poop and piss. I was ill. And three or four days before, I started stayin' awake. I was close to death, but I was in control. I was extremely antidrug as I've always been, but I snorted some crystal methedrine. Talk about one wounded motherf*cker. A guy put up four lines, and it was for all four of us, but I didn't know and I'm vacuuming that poop right up. I was a walking, talking hunk of human poop. I was six-foot-three of sin. So the guys took me down to the physical, and my nerves, my emotions were distraught. I was not a good person. I was wounded. But as painful and nauseous as it was — 'cause I was really into bein' clean and on the ball — I made gutter swine hippies look like football players. I was deviano.

So I went in, and those guys in uniform couldn't believe the smell. They were ridiculin' me and pushin' me around and I was cryin', but all the time I was laughin' to myself. When they stuck the needle in my arm for the blood test I passed out, and when I came to they were kicking me into the wall. Then they made everybody take off their pants, and I did, and this sergeant says, "Oh my God, put those back on! You BLANKING swine you!" Then they had a urine test and I couldn't piss, But my poop was just like ooze, man, so I poop in the cup and put it on the counter. I had poop on my hand and my arm. The guy almost puked. I was so proud. I knew I had these chumps beat. The last thing I remember was wakin' up in the ear test booth and they were sweepin' up. So I went home and cleaned up."

Yup. Pulpit/lectern commandos. Shout from the mountain top about how tough they are. Literally crap themselves to not have to actually serve.

So every time he says God bless the military, what he really means is "screw Yall, I got over"

I never knew that about Ted. As chairman of the Ted board I hereby revoke any rights and privileges that come with Ted status.

Has to be the fact that they don't know stuff like this. I was a casual fan, liked a couple songs, respect for his playing (I used to play) but if I'd have known this I'd have had a different opinion of him long ago.

I am named Ted because my Dad was named Ted, he was named Ted because his Dad was named Titus and I think my grandmother made him change it to Ted.

Here's he breakdown of the polling as to why trump lost:

https://www.yahoo.com/finance/news/heres-why-donald-trump-suffered-180655625.html?nhp=1

The young liked trump, but the old didn't. And all the other reasons is pretty much what YTown was talking about a couple months back.

Meh, Ted has always been a clown but I still like a couple of his songs . I like Cat Stevens to this day and Bruce Springsteen and even enjoy watching Sean Penn from time to time . I try and disassociate the art from the artist . If you entertain me or make me think then I like you but I really don't want to know you as a person as that would influence my perception of you . Lots of draft dodgers in the world who didn't have the sack to put it on the line then and want to be chest the thumpers now .

**GENERAL QUESTION**

Just curious as to anyone's thoughts about whether or not Trump skipping the debate had any impact on his barely edging out Rubio for 2nd place instead of coming in on a commanding 1st place?

I tend to think that it did have at least a slightly negative impact. I don't know if that is ultimately what prevented him from coming in 1st though and I'm not so sure he would have been able to edge out Cruz anyway.

One of the interesting things I heard form some of the pundits throwing out poll results was that while Trump had a lot of "my first choice" support, he had very little "He's my second choice" support. This lends me to believe that Trump was going in to the caucuses with the maximum amount of support he was likely to get because few people were open to being swayed in to his camp.

I don't think it was fatal to his campaign overall, but I think it made things much more difficult for him because it gave Rubio some clear track to build up steam.

As we start heading to the polls, I think now we'll finally get the answer to the question of whether or not Trump is a serious candidate. People have been taken aback by what he's done over the last several months, but remember, anyone who has supported Trump over that time, it hasn't cost them anything. They haven't had to send him money, and they haven't had to spend a vote on him.

Could Trump end up being that guy or girl you date because it's easy, it's fun, and the sex is good... but they aren't anyone you would ever get in to a serious relationship with and marry?

Only time will tell!

The Des Moines Register's final poll last Saturday showed Trump at 28% and Cruz at 23%.

The Des Moines Register's final poll (prior to this) has never been wrong.

Now what was it that happened at the very end that could cause that big of a swing?

That last significant thing Trump did was skip that debate. Even though a lot of people also skipped that debate, 7 debates was too many, but only the people of Iowa mattered. Did a lot of his prior supporters question their position when it came time to cast their vote because he skipped that debate? That or Trump needs a different brand of mouthwash.
