How is Chris Christie even still up there?

Are we sure that New Jersey hasn't refused to let him back in? If that's the case where could he go? A Governor without a state

Yea, dude forgot that he has a state to run, and the state of Jew jersey ain't so hot right now.
For s governor, one of the qualifications to running for president should be that your state is in decent condition.
That's why I don't understand why Scott walker and Christie were even up there. They can't even run their own state properly, but we're suppose to trust them with the country?
Anyway, he was attacking Rubio tonight hard. Jeez.

I was wondering the same thing but man did he put it to Rubio...One thing that stuck out to me was when talking about imminent domain and the crowd boo'd Trump...and he says well the crowd here is comprised of the special interest groups of pointing to other candidates and said the RNC only allowed so many tickets because of it.
After that I listened to the crowd and they did cheer the hell out of Rubio and Bush...and made it seem like their teeth was being pulled when Trump or Christie made a good point...that is what stuck out to me...that and the crowd needs to dwindle down on stage.
Rubio got called out on not answering the questions and he kept giving the same responses over and over it was funny...
I'm glad what they said about the e-mail stuff and Benghazi.
Over all it felt like a weird start to the debate and frankly none of them was real impressive to me tonight.

yea bro. the debate was definitely awkward. it didn't help that all day/night on tweets and other new stations Carly was crying about it being rigged since she wasn't allowed to debate.

Yeah it had a strange vibe to it...and if wouldve had to pick someone to vote for if that was the only debate I saw...OH MY..this is looking depressing on both sides.. Your point about Carly...she just needs to drop out..and every time I look at her I cant help but hearing Trump say that face..look at that face

yea, Trump definitely destroyed her campaign bid.
it makes me wonder if Trump wasn't running, who would be the front runner?

I happened to notice the introductions on Facebook this morning. Was it really that awkward. I didn't watch the debate.

yes and that's the problem. Rubio seems to forget that he's not running against obama. he's running against hilary, which is odd because at least obama is a nice person with a relatively clean record. Hilary has supplied the GOP with ammo for days, but rubio isn't going after his potential rival, he's going after the guy that's chunking up the deuces in a year?
i don't get it.

well maybe 40 can explain it..I cant...never liked the guy..and thought he is light in the britches which he is showing he is.
I read an article about him and some known pervert park he and his buddy got in trouble at...well his buddy did. I dont like the guy...and it seems like he stabbed the Tea Party in the back to get accepted by the republican establishment folks.
And Trump gets some kind of kick off of picking on Bush.

IMHO, from a very outside view there are four candidates left in the GOP race:
Trump Cruz Rubio Christie
Surprisingly to me (Can't believe this is how I feel) Trump and Christie are the GOPs best candidates followed by Rubio... Cruz will never get elected in the general, independents and dems see him as a snake in the grass, again just my opinion.

After last night's performance I believe Rubio is officially done. All that's left right now are:
Trump (Has business experience and tends to say things I agree with but also does dumb stuff, which I think he does to get attention.) Cruz (People won't vote for him in the general election) Kasich (Actually he seems like the most sane one out of the bunch and tends to say the right things) Christie (Seems to be sincere but also says dumb)
Find what you love and let it kill you.

I agree Kasich sounds sane, but I think he is too sane for the GOP base. I don't see him getting any traction.

Well, here I go again. Rubio lost me last night. I am now looking at two of the three Governors to vote for.
This process of Primaries is a wonderful thing as I get to know the candidates and will eventually be able to cast an educated vote.
I have gone from... Bush...No. Trump...No. Carson...No. Trump again...No. Rubio... No.
Now it is down to two.

Will Bush, Kasich or Christie make the cut to be in the race when you vote? Chances are one or more, maybe all three will be out by then.

The process of not bothering with the primaries is equally wonderful. Registered as an independent I don't get to vote in primaries, just the general elections. So I'm just sitting back to see what 2 candidates end up running, then I will pay attention to them.

If Trump went Independent and Bloomberg entered the race as an Independent also, would you finally have your own Primary?
