Sooooo

We don't draft well.

We don't keep the actual rare guys we do draft well.

We don't want to spend money in free agency.

How on Gods green earth do you build a team then exactly Jimmy?

Right. I understand that. That doesn't mean we should sign bad/mediocre players because we can't keep them.

The only way we're going to make a splash in free agency is if we accidentally slip and fall into the pool.

Hearing RT Mitchell Schwartz has a decent chance of returning to the #Browns. About $7.5 million a year.

I gotta say, so far, my hope for a decent free agency is crash and burning. By the sounds of it, we're low balling it to where players (Marvin) probably laugh when their agents relay the info.

Sashi made it clear they'd like to retain "some" free agents, but it looks like we're on deck of losing all four.

Not sure how I feel right now, guys.

I'm not sure what your hearing that makes you feel like we are going to lose all four. MKC just tweeted that Schwartz is looking good to remain.

I'm not going to allow myself to get all depressed until I have a good reason.

It's funny, I was just thinking about that very thing and honestly, I get it. WE all love this team, we've stayed loyal when many other teams fans would have abandoned them.

Let's face it, they've given us very little reason to remain loyal. Outside of the colors (which I guess some are tired of) and winning tradition that goes back to various times the 40's, 50's, 60's and 80's.

So that feeling of despair is ever present.

It's like I just said to DLB, I'm just not going to worry about loosing the guys we may lose until we lose them. no sense it worrying about it, I can't change anything

Oh, I know. I'm just saying nothings official yet. Things could be very fluid. Or they may not be. We don't really know.

Remember when Jordan Cameron resigning was a 'done deal'?

Agreed. Things can change in a NY minute but the foundation of deals have been in works for awhile.

$8 million a year for a #2 wide receiver. I don't know if I am just conditioned to the old NFL, but that seems like a lot.

I'd prefer Rueben Randle if we can get him for less money.

to be honest, I didn't necessarily want Marvin Jones, Iloka, McClain, Ivory, etc ... we'd have to WAY overpay to get them to come to Cleveland, and they are average/above average players.

My full attention would be to try and keep the players we have developed (Mack, Schwartz, Gipson at this point) ... and then try to finagle a way for a QB, whether in the draft or Kaepernick/Foles/whoever Hue thinks is manageable

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

Yep, Brown's fans are overly negative. They don't appreciate the greatness that the Browns have given them. A bunch of freaking ingrates!!

Gipson has yet to show he is over the injury, he sucked last year.

Mack made improvement last year but him in the probowl was a joke. He is 30 years old and has left twice now, could care less if he is resigned.

Benji had his one good year at the right time. He will be vastly overpaid.

Sanu and Jones unless they bring Green with them, they will not be as effective as Hartline.

Really want to sign Schwartz.

I would like to sign Andre Smith and have him play RG.

Tramon Williams cut him,
Bad Moon 2.0 needs to go asap.
Manziel I would file suit against and recover every penny I could.

I am not as down on most with this roster, think it needs some cleaning up not tearing down. wait let the big money settle and get some of the younger guys that will be a bit cheaper.

It seems like the Dolphins gave up a lot in acquiring Kiko Alonso and Byron Maxwell. They swapped first round picks with the Eagles.

The Titans gave up basically nothing for DeMarco Murray (they did take on his entire contract).

They just had to swap fourth round picks with the Eagles.
