Key to the Alex Mack deal with the #Falcons is the guarantee. Essentially, the first two years are fully guaranteed, with plenty in Year 3.

NFL Trade Rumors 2016: Denver Broncos to Target Colin Kaepernick, Johnny Manziel?

The Denver Broncos are being linked to possible deals to acquire San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick and Cleveland Browns QB Johnny Manziel.

The Broncos are in danger of losing their top two quarterbacks this summer. Legendary QB Peyton Manning has already announced his retirement on Monday, while backup Brock Osweiler is now an unrestricted free agent.

According to a recent report from 9News, the Broncos have offered a three-year, $45 million contract to Osweiler but no deal is imminent at this point. In fact, the Broncos, according to a report from Sports World News, are competing with the Houston Texans, St. Louis Rams and Cleveland Browns in the race to sign Osweiler.

And if Osweiler bolts out and sign elsewhere, NFL insider Ian Rapoport revealed that the Broncos could shift their focus on striking a trade to acquire Kaepernick from the 49ers.

"If they lose Brock Osweiler to the Texans, expect the Broncos to turn their attention to Kaepernick, to try to work out a trade with the 49ers," Rapoport said via NFL.com. "There have been several teams sniffing around Kaepernick the last several days, but it is obvious that Osweiler is the big domino to fall here."

The NFL.com report also pointed out that a deal between the Broncos and 49ers is highly likely because Broncos general manager John Elway and his 49ers counterpart Trent Baalke has a close relationship. It is also worth noting that Kaepernick's agents has reportedly asked the 49ers permission to seek a trade, ESPN reported.

Kaepernick had a disastrous year for the 49ers last season, as he tallied just 1,615 passing yards for just six touchdowns against five interceptions. The 28-year-old superstar lost his starting spot midway through the season after going 2-6. The former Nevada standout also underwent shoulder, thumb and left knee surgeries.

Meanwhile, the Broncos are also being linked to Manziel, who is expected to be released by the Browns this summer. There is no concrete report to prove Denver's interest in the two-year quarterback, but Super Bowl 50 Most Valuable Player Von Miller recently said that they might see Manziel excel in Denver in the future.

"Some of the stuff he was doing in college, he going to do the exact same thing in the National Football League," Miller said in a recent GQ interview. "I feel like -- you know you never want to blame a team -- I don't think he had enough support around him. Who knows? You might see Johnny Manziel in Denver."

I think it's going to be super ironic when none of Miami, Houston, or Jacksonville make the playoffs next season..

He always said that his biggest reason was the Guaranteed money. How did Berea not get that memo??

Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

So, I haven't heard a peep about Gipson. I still want us to draft Trevon Stewart, but it looks like Gipson's deal won't be big. If his contract is similar to Isa Abdul-Quddus, then bring him back I think.

Not that I'm a Danny Shelton fan, but isn't he supposed to be our Nose? If we signed Harrison we'd have to trade Shelton.

Dolphins nab Isa Abdul-Quddus

The Dolphins signed safety Louis Delmas away from the Lions as a free agent a couple of years ago and got 13 solid games from him in 2014 before he tore his ACL.

Delmas suffered the same injury last summer, causing him to miss the entire 2015 season and leaving the Dolphins in need of safety help again this offseason. They went back to the same place they found Delmas to get one.

According to multiple reports, the team has signed Isa Abdul-Quddus shortly after the league officially opened for business on Wednesday afternoon. Abdul-Quddus played in every game for the Lions over the last two seasons and started 12 times. He had 57 tackles, a sack and a forced fumble last season.

Abdul Quddus joins Reshad Jones, Walt Aikens and the re-signed Michael Thomas at safety in Miami. Jones will start at one spot, leaving the other options to compete for the job next to him in the secondary.

This was a guy I thought we might be able to sign as a sneaky cheaper Gipson replacement. I am shocked he is a first day signing. I'm wondering how much he signed for.

That really sucks about Mack. I think Shanny was really unpopular with certain players. His schemes really focus on one playmaking player, so #2 and gadget WRs wouldn't be his friend.

How anyone could think Mack had something against Shanny is silly. Mack is a pro, and wouldn't put that out there. I think his FA comment about "winning would play a big part" is about as controversial a statement as we'll get out of him. Also, Mack and Shanny's system is a perfect match.

I'm no fan of Shanny, and I think he does have his issues playing nice with others, but Mack and other talented finesse type linemen are different.

i wanted to keep schwartz with

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

I just don't get it. Make your 2 OL a priority and lose them both. Yet Johnny Hangover is still on the team.

And, I mean, it's crickets. Not even a scent.

In the end I agree, we now need to continue moving forward. They're no longer Browns, next up!

Manziel is irrelevant. Him being on the team is a technicality at this point.

Mack and Schwartz both jetting is a failure on multiple different levels by multiple different front offices.
