LeBron's behavior is so disappointing. I cannot claim to be a big Cavs fan. I don't watch every game. But I desperately want the Cavs to win a championship for the city of Cleveland. Get that monkey off their backs. LeBron said in his letter that is his singular focus. But his words and actions don't line up. The Cavs have enough to worry about just trying to win a championship and he ADDS to it by generating drama. What does that accomplish? I just don't get the guy. And it's getting to the point that I'm starting to believe people are getting so fed up with it that they may just not care if he leaves.

I guess Lou and Griffin both had discussions with LBJ about his "behavior" and etc. Sorry for not posting a link, it's hard when I'm on my mobile.

People want to get pumped over last night's win. They beat a 30-42 struggling team by nine points or whatever. Nothing to get excited about.

I will say, looking at the game's stats (I didn't watch it) Irving's had eight assists? Say whatttt?

so let me get this straight.

when we win, it's not a big deal. when we lose, the sky is falling.

We win against opponents not worthy of really getting excited over, and even at that, we aren't destroying these weak teams like we should be with our arsenal of weaponry.

Until we start cleaning the floor with San Antonio, GS and company - who cares we "squeaked" out a 9 point win against a scrub? I don't, but I'll also admit I'm a negative Nancy lol.

He talks about those things after every game. Maybe you don't get the pressers?

Not that I'm a regular in these threads, but... exactly. We played Milwaukee - they're like 12 games below .500 and three places removed from having a shot at a playoff berth... 21.5 games back of us. We're the #1 team in the East and have already clinched our division.... in short, they are a team we are supposed to beat. Every time. No excuses.

The level of talk after a win will probably increase with the level of the opponent we win against wink

We could beat GS 150-75 in Game 1 of the Finals and someone will still come on here to say that Dellavedova is gettng too many minutes..

They have beaten some quality opponents. I dont know if you can just flip a switch, but something has Lebron more focused than he has been all season

we beat okc, who were at full strength

we also beat the mavs, who are currently a playoff team in the west, without lebron, btw.

and the clippers.

as a matter of fact, we are currently 1 of 4 teams who have a winning record against teams with a .600 or better.

Duncan recently only played 8 minutes against the Warriors (when the Spurs beat them). They're still a very good team without him.

Ahh, sometimes you just need someone else to lay things in front of you. You're right, we have beat notable opponents. I forgot to Mavs game already and yep, that was without LBJ!

Cheers.

No, I think D-Wade is classy enough not to diss his teammates the way LBJ did and that he knows the focus should be on the playoffs.

People just need to take a step back and enjoy some of the winning that's going on. The Cavs still have a chance to win it all, and some of you will have spent the entire season bashing them. It's been a far from perfect ride so far, but there's been some damn good basketball played.

I agree...anyone who doesn't think what he said, given the circumstances was wrong, are ignorant. How many other superstars have you EVER heard saying they want to play with other superstars...Lebron is really the only one i can ever think of. Its childish and i wish griffin would have set precedence and fined him...I can guarantee you riley would have

this is why most don't get too excited about cavs wins lately, because they always follow it up with games like this...getting pounded by the nets...

no dont get excited because even when they do win they barely do it...getting stomped by the nets tonight really shows this team doesn't have the championship mentality yet..But i'm sure all the apologist will come out tonight and say no reason to worry that we'll turn it up in the playoffs...pure horseshit

the scheme and coaching blow. They couldn't hit water if they fell out of a boat..but lets keep jacking up 3's instead of establishing a post game against this Dleague team. So much wrong right now..they just aren't focused

irving, 6-22 FG, 1-8 3pt

love, 5-14 fg, 0-5 3pt

and then lebron, 13-16 fg, 1-2 3pt

for all the complaining about lebron, it be nice if the other starters showed up on a consistent basis

Those guys were playing for contracts, we was playing for... I don't know what we were playing for, but clearly Nets wanted it more. We got dismantled.

LBJ got into playoff mode or whatever, maybe there should be a team memo sent out that perhaps everyone needs to follow.

Yea, Kyrie was jacking up shots like he was the only guy on the floor.

As usual.

Oh. I almost forgot. Until Mozgov learns how to dribble, or even first just catch the ball, stop doing the pick and roll to him. He cannot handle the ball and it's just a turnover stacker.

I don't know what's got into Mozgov this year, it seems last year everyone had nothing but good vibes and now...
