When other teams are out of trash? If we would have just invested in waste management, maybe we could have called this a success by now.

Are those Combine ###
Browns board had 6'6" 245
Just remember Barnedge was somebodies trash we picked up. Can't hurt us...see what he can do? We need 80 something on the roster...those bottom 30 aren't going to come from Tiffany's

Last year we signed somebody to millions for something similar. What is this - League minimum?

I think I got those from draft scout.
I've seen him on the field. I think it was for the Vikings and he had a couple of decent plays.

I honestly don't know anything about Ford. Even if the guy just brings blocking ability from the inline TE position he's younger and cheaper than Dray. If he just contributes at that level then it's one less need we have to address in the draft.
The Browns should also take a hard look at Dominique Easley, DL former fist round pick of the Pats. He was cut loose today. In part because of health concerns about a knee. Do the due diligence and see if he has value.

We picked up a TE....WTF are you expecting at this point? I agree, he probably isn't going to be much, but I don't see the point in moaning like a couple of sissy's.

Agreed. Easley is a good player when healthy. Surprised the Pats let him go.

I know little about him, but I'll go out on a limb and say he's better than Dray or Housler were last year.

I'm 55yrs old and I've been following the Browns since childhood. There's no way I'm switching now. Maybe some people just feel that any move this team makes is a bad one for one simple reason.....it's true!.... and they haven't proven otherwise. It's been one fiasco after another since 1999.

I think a lot of us are very frustrated, it seems like every regime is worst than the last one. Our first round picks have done a lot of busting, Haslam fires coaches every two years (I let others bash our owner and FO and I'm open-minded about the new bunch, but Haslam makes me wish for Junior and he needs to get - and stay - out of the way.)
We need to see improvement this season. I highly suspect we will be awful, but we need to see some kind of plan, a culture overhaul and hope for the future. Some of us old dawgs are weary from a futile chase, so we do a little growlin once in awhile.

This guy can't be any worse than the dude we signed last year, paid a bunch of money, and then never played. Was that Housler? Then we had Bibbs that looked good and did nothing with him.
Hope this was Houslers replacement.

I say Ford and Beat Drey In an Indian Wrestling match. That's why for now he is our replacement for Drey. A guy who will be used as a blocking back and an occasional receiver. (If he even makes the team)

Why are we talking about who can beat up who on an internet message board? Here's an interesting hypothetical question for yous guys ... who would win a fight between Coach Ditka and a hurricane? That's right, DITKA, of course. But wait a minute, what if the hurricane was named ... Hurricane Ditka?

Probably because one poster called others sissy's. Well, you called people racists just the other day in your wonderful post-11PM messages. I guess the most logical next step would be (based on your response to sissys) to see who could win in a lynching contest....any suggestions people?

I thought this is the time to add players as the roster can get up to 90 or something.
I feel like it's somewhat inherent that all teams pick up each others' trash at this time of year (in addition to other, more significant moves) in the hopes that that team made a mistake letting them go. If not, cut them as rules require roster sizes to diminish as the summer wears on.
