First, what is Damon Jones contract situation? That guy is dead weight and needs to be gone. He brings absolutely nothing to the table - not very good at shooting 3's, and his defense is attrocious.

Second, does anyone else think that the double technical on McDyess might have had something to do with the fiasco in the Phoenix/San Antonio series where players got suspended. Maybe the commish told the refs to do whatever they felt was needed to keep things from getting out of hand. btw, props to the LeBron for coming to AV's defense and to the bench for staying put.

Not sure about Jones contract situation other than whatever he's making, it's too much.

As for the double T.. I think it was a good call regardless of when or where it happened. I honestly don't think the refs were even thinking about San Antonio/Phoenix when they made that call. He went for the head, had no intention of getting the ball.. it was the first quarter... Has the NBA ruled on his possible suspension yet?

I wouldn't say Jones is not very good at shooting 3s as that is why the Cavs brought him to the team. Having said that, his production has slipped greatly the last couple of years, and for what little he had to offer as a 3-point specialist once upon a time has now dwindled down to very little.

However, he tried hard last night and actually played solid D down the stretch.

I don't think Antonio D. should have been ejected, but I do think it was a flagrant foul. I hope he doesn't get suspended for the next game.

LOL - The Rish will be upset with this news as well. KS just doesn't prioritize winning...
