I've never attended a game when the browns have won ... I'm something like 0-14
And only one of those games was close That's about my record since the return lol (though I did go to a lot of games from the 70's-90's and saw many wins). The only recent close one was the Jets game where Chansey Stuckey fumbled while we were in game-winning field goal range in OT.

I remember you telling me that before. Lets make it a point of meeting this year if you make a game.

FYI, Dec 24 and 31 are Saturday's not Sundays.
I'm dumping Sunday ticket this year, not paying money to watch the crap this FO is going to field. I'll get to see the Thu night game. I don't see too many games that would make local TV out here...maybe the Cowboys.
It's supposed to be hard! If it wasn't hard, everyone would do it. The hard... is what makes it great!

There is zero chance we go 16-0, there is a fair chance we go 0-16; factor in the blind squirrel rule and we draft first next year.

I don't usually try to pick apart the schedule till after the draft..
However I always look at the first 4 games.. Because how you start, whether you are a good team or bad, effects how you finish..
Philly, Baltimore, Miami, Washington
None of those teams are great, 2 of them are picking in the Top 10, one traded out of the Top 10, the other won the weakest of weak divisions.
Philly like us, has a new coaching staff, new systems, and also lost a lot of talented players this off season.
I think Baltimore will bounce back slightly this season, but they need weapons on offense for Flacco. Their defense has taken a lot of hits over the last few years.
Miami is the definition of "average" when it comes to the NFL. Which while better than us, still isn't that great, also a new coaching staff there as well..
And the "best" of the four, Washington, is still hoping Cousins wasn't a "half year" wonder..
If RG3 doesn't completely suck, and we are able to add even one impactful rookie, we could probably steal a game or two..
And once you win a couple, things can get rolling..
But I'm just a dumb homer or whatever.

This rough! 2 years straight we have brutal schedules. I sincerely hope that Haslam is finally in it for the long haul and realistic this year. With a gutted roster, holes everywhere, and a new system being implemented; it is highly probably that we go 1-15 or 0-16 next year. 2016 is going to be brutal! The positive perspective is that if we feel this QB class is inferior and whoever the Rams don't take is not a guy the FO wants to place all bets on, we will have the choice of the top candidate next year for sure! Lets actually go BPA with all picks this year and let those guys go through the lumps of a rookie season!

I think last years schedule was a lot tougher than this years. NFC east and afc east is not that strong with the exception being the Pats who we have at home and always play tough. We have to wait and see who we draft and how our coaching staff comes together. We may only win 2 or 3 games or we could win a few more if things break right. The main thing is to see a foundation being built and see progress being made as the year goes on. As a fan that's what I will be looking for.

In every game the Browns will have the lesser of the 2 starting QBs on the field. No matter if its a draft pick or RG3. Isaiah Crowell will not the be the best RB on the field. The Browns WR core will be the lesser of the 2 teams on the field. I do see the Browns facing some defenses going through transition. But Hue just doesn't have the pieces to run the offense like he did in Cincinnati. every team the Browns play are trending up. there are no teams going south at all. Titans will be improved. The Chargers aren't going to be a 4 win team again. The Giants loaded up with playmakers in FA. I see the Browns going winless in the North again. any winnable games. No not really. every team the Browns play more difference makers and playmakers and core players. teams with experienced head coaches. other than the Eagles and Giants. It really looks like a expansion roster.

Agreed. I actually had a more positive attitude going into 1999 than I do right now. At least back then we had a sense of optimism about the future. Right now not only are we the worst team in the league, we are also the most hopeless

There is plenty of time for players to get hurt. Whether it's us or someone else, who knows.
Roethlisberger goes down, Pitt looks a lot less daunting.
Dallas minus Romo, same deal.
The Ravens? Not that intimidating really. Can Steve Smith bounce back from injury at his age? How's Flacco's knee? Mike Wallace hasn't done much in awhile. They lost Osemele, and Forsett, while a solid back, isn't keeping anyone up at night.
The Eagles who knows. Ryan Matthews at RB? Another injury prone QB in Bradford. They shuffled the secondary and linebackers getting rid of Kelly's guys.
The Redskins aren't world beaters.
The Titans had the number 1 pick for a reason.
The Jets have Geno Smith and Bryce Petty at QB right now.
The Dolphins have a first time HC, and 1st time DC. They could struggle early.
I'm not saying we'll do great, and we could lose a bunch. However, it's a little early to be predicting 0-16.

It really looks like a expansion roster. This was my thought as well. Every team we play have a core group of talent that exceeds the Browns. I understand that anything can happen as far as plays going one way or the other on any given Sunday. Taking luck and fortune out of the equation, I do not see the Browns winning any of these games with the current roster and any pieces added through the draft. We would like to think that hitting on the draft will make the difference; but, rookies take their lumps and make mistakes. I would lay my money on the table and place all bets that the Browns win 1 game or less this year.

Thu, Nov 10 @ Ravens 8:25 PM I hope everyone's mentally prepared for the fact that we will most likely be wearing All Orange on TNF. #ColorRush

i was hoping we would atleast get a sunday night or monday night game though guys.
I am glad we did not. No reason to get embarrassed more than we already are embarrassing on a national broadcast. This team it going to STINK. Indeed. Doesn't sound like much fun watching the Browns get trounced 50-0 on National TV. If the over/under is three games I'd put 500$ on under.

If it were up to me they'd be wearing all neon-pink every single game until they made the playoffs..... Might be an incentive for them to get off their assses and start playing football.

I of course could be wrong...but lately our National Televised games we have played real well and had competitive games...well except the Bengal game at their Stadium with them on a 12 or 13 game home winning streak and we trounced them...
Defense wins championships. Watson play your butt off! Go Browns! CHRIST HAS RISEN! GM Strong! & Stay safe everyone!
