I expect us to trade one of the two picks for the team that wants Cook the most.
I want Chris Moore WR or Andrew Billings DT with our next pick.
Cleveland Browns, Space Browns

And a list of other players I'd consider over the next 40 picks. Evan Boehm, C Jatavis Brown, OLB (maybe safety, he's kind of a tweener) Daniel Lasco, RB Ben Braunecker, TE Devon Cajuste, WR Miles Killebrew, S Scooby Wright, ILB Tyler Matakevich, ILB Charone Peake, WR Eric Murray, CB

For a name, how about WR Kolby Listenbee? I would be cool with Jerrell Adams. 4.6 speed, soft hands, and a large catch radius ..... and upside, with room to grow. I think he would be a good value here. I think that a RB could be a value here, as well as another WR, and another pass rusher. (You can never have too many guys who can rush the passer) Man I am really disappointed that the Seahawks too Prosise. I really hoped we would be able to grab him. He is a guy with both solid production, yet who is still learning the position, has huge upside, and hasn't take the beating many other RB have. I think that the Seahawks got a really good value there. I really don't know enough about the rest of the draft to make many decisions. I am sure that players' names will pop up and I will react one way or the other, but I just don't know enough about most of the guys that are left. Generally speaking, I think that we need a 1st-2nd down RB, another WR, another TE, a FS, and still more pass rushers.

Yeah Prosise has tremendous skills (1st round skill set...but really raw) was hoping he'd be around...But there's alot of good RBs left...I really like Jordan Howard as our Jeremy Hill... Agree we need weapons at TE, RB, WR still...(still steaming on the Kessler pick) And secondary help...considering teams are going to light up Rahim Moore, Campbell and Poyer...Need a SS to backup Campbell...and someone to Challenge at FS...(hoping Jayron Kerse lasts until our 5th round) Still need an ILB (love Brothers) And some Center depth (perhaps Blythe in round 5)

Hmm .... Could be interesting .... again. Jason La Canfora ✔‎@JasonLaCanfora Would take trading some 2017 ammo to likely do it, but I hear the Bills trying to find way to land Connor Cook tomorrow 12:37 AM - 30 Apr 2016 104 104 Retweets 63 63 likes

There are a few guys I really like still available. Shockingly, many of them played in the Pac-12.
Scooby Wright, linebacker, Arizona. I think he is an elite special team player at the very least. Always around the ball and making plays.
Devontae Booker, running back, Utah. He does everything pretty well and can stay on the field for every down, but he doesn't have great physical ability.
Thomas Duarte, wide receiver/tight, UCLA. He is a tweener. At his best he can be a poor man's Jordan Reed (that is still pretty good). He doesn't have the size you would like in a tight end, but always seemed to be open.
Blake Martinez, linebacker, Stanford. I don't know how good he will be as a pro, I just know he will outwork everyone and be a great influence in the locker room. Similar to Scooby Wright, he would be a great special team player. Was always around the ball. Cannot play outside of a base defense (not athletic enough in coverage).
Jordan Payton, wide receiver, UCLA. Not a great receiver, but another guy that would be great on special teams. He destroys people when run blocking.
Paul Perkins, running back, UCLA. Has great vision and finds every hole. Not a great tackle breaker. He can do everything.
I also like Mike Bercovici, but I don't think there is any chance we would draft him now that we have Kessler.
I would love to bring in Trevone Boykin and stash him on the practice squad.
It's crazy that only four running backs have gone to this point, next year might be the opposite with teams taking running backs at will.
I'd love to see us take a real fullback at some point. Glenn Gronkowsk or Andy Janovich would make some sense late.
If Shawn Oakman was clean off the field he'd definitely be worth taking a shot, but I think he goes undrafted (alleged sexual assault charge is pending).
I know a bunch of people were into Victor Ochi predraft, he is still out there.
The kicker from UCLA might be worth bringing in to push Coons. He has a pretty strong leg.

Something has got to be up with Billings. Maybe he's just fat and can't stay on the field for more than two downs.

I wouldn't mind trying to see if Tapper can grow into a 3-4 DE. Pharoh Cooper, Higgins, Sharpe, Garrett, and the German are still there at WR.
Billings could come in at nose and Shelton could slide to DE some.
Kalan Reed and Josh Perry potential guys soon.
Cash or Killebrew maybe as Buchanon type guys.
KJ Dillon as more of a true safety maybe.

Yep, read the same thing.
Also read a tweet in an article that he "plays a certain type of DT & will play about 35% of the plays." It is hard to draft someone early that will only play 1/3 of your defensive plays.
And, that teams prefer taller interior linemen (only a few guys 6'1" or less and > 310 lbs.
Finally, some scouts had concerns about his maturity.

We could almost end up with two complete drafts for 2017..
Am I the only one that pronounces hyperbole "Hyper-bowl" instead of "hy-per-bo-le"?

Kentrell Brothers and Christian Westerman. I would like the Browns to look at Keith Marshall later as a running back project. Also heard a lot about Tajae Sharp, WR Massachusetts on sports radio leading up to the draft.

I'd like to see a run stuffer and another receiver (preferably with some size). No specific players in mind (it's too early to worry about these details).
After 55 years, I'm walking away from this dumpster fire. Good luck to everyone who continues to hang on. You'll need it.

Having seen some of the top guys left, I'm finally convinced that this draft class sucks. So the best moves made by the Browns FO were the boatload of future picks they got.
Billings, the Baylor NT is not good. Ridgeway is worse.
Here are my top 2 players left:
Utah RB Booker: nice vision and wiggle. Goes down a little easy at times, but he makes plays and has a nose where to find space. Good receiver too. Didn't see him much as a blocker though.
Arizona St. OG Westerman, especially since his strengths translate very well to playing center. He'd be a really good pick here
I still like QB Cook, but that won't happen now
So, RB Booker and OG Westerman for me. Both would impact more next season (and probably future too) than any of the day 2 picks imho.

I like:
--Michael Thomas---WR from S. Miss. Large catch radius and doesn't drop the ball. We need a 2 to compliment Coleman.
--Kalen Reed---CB from S. Miss. Can play man or zone. Plays the ball. Good hips.
--Rashard Higgens---WR from Col. St. Good route runner and another guy who doesn't drop the ball.
--Hassam Ridgeway----DL from Texas. Very stout at point of attack. Can penetrate. Nicked up a lot and effort was questioned, but was productive on the field.
--Jerrell Adams---------TE from S. Carolina. I live in Columbia, SC and saw this guy a lot. Very good blocker and can run after the catch.

I like - and this opinion is based on just reading scouting reports, so pinch of salt stuff: OG Christian Westerman. Arizona State -- a very nice depth pick, could even challenge for one of the OG spots TE Tyler Higbee -- former WR, big guy, nice hands - compared to Jordan Cameron CB LeShaun Sims, Utah -- I think he could be a free safety / corner type

I think Brothers, at this level, is a steal, and we could use the help at MLB. I have always liked Joshua Perry.
Others:
Zak Sanchez Scooby Wright Charone Peake!! Booker/Howard/Dixon

I have always liked Joshua Perry. We missed out on the Aguayo pick (Wow - 2nd rd). This is a guy that I'd like to see us pick. Also an RB please, then defence the rest of the way. Could an OG/OC slip into our picks?

I have always liked Joshua Perry. We missed out on the Aguayo pick (Wow - 2nd rd). This is a guy that I'd like to see us pick. Also an RB please, then defence the rest of the way. Could an OG/OC slip into our picks? I would have liked Aguayo as well .. but not in the 2nd (just like drafting Kessler in the 3rd is idiotic IMO) This was very surprising! I was hoping we'd use one of our thirds on him...
