should we have bathroom police at all times now? because thats what this is coming down to. NOPE we should have men using mens rooms and ladies using ladies rooms. Plain simple, and commen sense. Agreed. We need to get this man out of the ladies room.

I wonder if we should also start banning kids of a certain age into another gender's bathroom. I know a lot of Mom's who like to bring their little kids into the woman's room. We'd hate for them to be perved on.

Look................I don't think we should have bathroom police. LOL
Let's just be reasonable here. Please? I think that the transgendered population should be given rights. I do not think they should be discriminated against. However, I think that other people have rights, as well. To be completely honest I haven't really cared all that much about how it is from the transgender side. It may sound heartless to some, but that's not what bothers me about a law like HB2. The main thing that bothers me is it's damaging to local ordinances. It's unenforceable, so the purpose of the bill existing is effectively dead on arrival. However, scores of laws in over a dozen NC cities expanded everything from minimum wage to worker rights, and HB2 has reversed all of those rulings. It now says workplace rights and discrimination laws are solely the purview of the state, and local counties and cities can't expand those. I find that to be exceptionally regressive, and an act we typically associate with democrats.

We'd hate for them to be perved on. Those 3 year old boys need to be in the mens room, as nature intended. I'm sure those non-relative males in the mens room will keep them safer than their own mother.

Get rid of urinals, have only single stall rooms walled floor to ceiling and lockable. Outside that door is a community sink area open to view from the outside or a camera installed so no one can just hang out without being seen.
Get rid of school sports and their associated locker rooms. Sports should be an after school activity outside of public school arena. Private industry can take care of sports and your kids can shower at home.
