saw this in a comment section:
"They should just call the finals "Lebron" now since that's pretty much who the western conference finals winner has to face every year because the east is so weak
"First round>Second round>Conference finals>Lebron"

Not a great game for him. He will get numbers, but some of the hot-dog showboating also costs turnovers. Shoot more FTs! Going to shop for a new broom today later.
Go, Cavaliers! He had a triple double.... I'd love to see what you think a great game is. something like: 48 points, 22 rebounds, 16 assists, 11 blocks, 10 steals, 0 turnovers while holding Curry down to 0 points
"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

If the Cavs win it all, where does Lebron rank in Cleveland sports lore? Ahead of Jim Brown? Not after only one championship, heck no.
Browns is the Browns

if he gets just 1, there's gonna be a statue of him, and rightfully so.

it could very well be a flood gate if we win this year. especially since there isn't a team in the East that can beat us in a 7 game series yet.
there are teams that can certainly push us, like Detroit or Boston, but as long as we have lebron, we're going to no less than the ECF every year.

Why are the thunder and warriors not playing until Sunday....? Our series could be completely over just a day after they finish playing game 3.

Can't wait for the Finals. I just hope we don't get into a game 7 scenario because I might have a stroke.

You can watch James harden defensive highlights for a good substitute

If the Cavs win it all, where does Lebron rank in Cleveland sports lore? Ahead of Jim Brown? Not after only one championship, heck no. Why though? Not ahead of Jim Brown but close behind... a few reasons why: 1. As much as people like the Cavs, the Browns are a different animal. A Browns championship means 5x what a Cavs championship means. 2. LeBron is a local kid, so he has that in his favor. 3. He left for 4 years and won 2 rings somewhere else, that's a negative. 4. It's just more recent, most of the people in the discussion have only heard stories of Jim Brown, they never actually saw it. That's in LeBron's favor.

that's probably why he stopped attempting to play defense.

i'm surprised he was attempting to guard someone Even James Harden is smart enough to know that guy had the ball.. and he can't score without getting it from him.

He wins one, and you feel I should put him ahead of Jim Brown? Why? What makes him worthy of being ahead of him? Because it's current and more recent? He hasn't surpassed Brown, he's tied him - at most.

Because he might be the GOAT in his sport and one of the greatest athletes ever? I wouldn't go that far. There's a legimate conversation for 5-6 guys for GOAT in basketball. As for greatest athletes ever? I would suggest that he may not even be the best athlete on his team. Kyrie seems to be faster, better hand eye coordination, more agility and just as much skill at the rim. Lebron is bigger and stronger sure but I don't know that, that is enough to class him as a better athlete. Better basketball player sure, but I don't know about athlete. Having said that, as a Cleveland sports star, I don't think it's wrong to put him and Brown together on a level that's higher than anyone else. I just think that Brown has to be 1a to Lebron's 1b, he dominated his sport in a way that I don't think we'll ever see again.
Last in, first out, the sign of a true champion!

A few comments about the game:
--I felt embarrassed for Lowry. Man, he is choking. He lit the Cavs up during the season.
--Kyrie's defense is so much better in the playoffs.
--I love how LeBron is taking it to the hole and not shooting much from outside.
--The ball movement was not quite as good as it has been in the playoffs, but I guess it didn't need to be.
--TT is doing a great job on Bismark B.
--Love's defense is still weak. He doesn't seem to know what help the helper means.
--Kyrie really is strong.
--It's amazing how many push-offs on offense are allowed. LeBron and Kyrie get away w/murder on those non-calls.
--Bismark might hurt someone in this series.
--I wish Lue wouldn't sit on that cushion. LOL.......it looks weird. Dude, you can't control your height. It's not like effort. Accept that you are short.
--Right now.............Cavs are looking like the best team in the NBA!

Now you're taking it a bit far. I feel he behind MJ, but do you realize how many records Lebron is on pace to break? He's going to win more championships in either Cleveland or somewhere else. Who matches up to his athleticism of size, strength, speed, stamina and agility?

If I'm gonna choose between Jim Brown and Lebron James for the greatest athlete in Cleveland sports while I'm gonna enjoy this ride and rejoice when the Cavs win it I'm always gonna remember that Jim Brown was speaking in Clevelands favor when Lebron decided to leave.
So yeah, Jim Brown 1a-Lebron 1b.
WE DON'T NEED A QB BEFORE WE GET A LINE THAT CAN PROTECT HIM my two cents...

They should be glad they arent going through security at Atlanta airport. The current wait time is 3 hours. Because they are revamping it.

Awesome video. The players definitely seem like they gravitate towards Lue than they did Blatt.
At DT, context and meaning are a scarecrow kicking at moving goalposts.

Blatt had to go, and I had my doubts whether Lue was the right replacement...but it's looking more and more like it was the correct decision.

Blatt had to go, and I had my doubts whether Lue was the right replacement...but it's looking more and more like it was the correct decision. I don't think anyone hated the guy or anything, it's just that there is so little margin for error to win a title. Wouldn't be surprised if a lot of the doubt came from that game 4 in Chicago (a game in which the Cavs won) where there were several errors that could have cost them the game. None of it matters, because he's gone, and Lue has done a really good job of preparing his team, and making adjustments. There is no doubt that what Lue has to work with right now, versus what Blatt had at this point last year is a much much better squad. Not just a healthy Love and Irving, but they didn't have Channing Frye and a rejuvenated Richard Jefferson. RJ has been a nice little addition. He's giving the Cavs pretty good minutes in a small role, and he's knocking down his open shots. Obviousl Frye makes the Cavs so versatile when attacking different types of defenses. I don't know if the Cavs are 10-0 in the playoffs with Blatt, but I do know I feel better about their chances the rest of the way with Lue. I think everyone can agree there. I expect Toronto's best shot tonight.

So what do you guys think the score will be tonight? I think the Raptors play a little better on offense but the cavs overwhelm them in the late third and early fourth.
Cavs 112 Raptors 98
Cleveland Browns, Space Browns
