Tough loss last night, but a loss was bound to happen eventually. We just can't lose on Monday and we are back in the drivers seat.
LeBron was asked in his press conference why he doesn't retaliate on the hard fouls. His answer?
"I always think back to the Jay-Z phrase and a line he had. 'If I shoot you, then I'm brainless; if you shoot me, your famous' Every time I feel like I want to react I've got to keep my brain"
Love it.

I thought Toronto played with more desperation and out-muscled Cleveland, and if they defend their house Monday it's a whole new series.

Biyombo was yelling, "Come on! Come on!" at Lebron towards the end of the game last night, daring him to try to make a layup. Biyombo had a great game... The Cavs didn't.

Shots were there, we did not capitalize. Their center destroyed us. Their shooting destroyed us. Reality check that was.

Love, Kyrie, and TT played their worst games in Cavs uniforms IMO
"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

If JV comes back Monday this series is brand new. The whole outlook changes, cavs choked on probably the most important game of the series. No team comes back down 3. But plent come back from 2 down

on a positive note, if we get our act together, we can actually close this out at home for the first time this playoffs which would be great for the fans

I think some people are overreacting here. You can't expect the Cavs to never lose. They were bound to have a bad game. It's only a little disappointing from the perspective that Toronto is just not a good team. They have no interior scoring at all. Their whole team is two perimeter players, one a chubby point guard afraid of the big moment. I am more wondering this morning how they ever got the second seed to begin with.
LOL - The Rish will be upset with this news as well. KS just doesn't prioritize winning...

Read what I responded to. Jonas Valanciunas is a huge piece to Toronto. How did the 26 rebounds last night help them get the 2nd seed?

Toronto's "not a good team", except they are in the conference final with a chance to tie the series with a Monday night home win.
Yeah, they suck.

yeah people discounting toronto really needs to look at them closer...they were only 1 game behind us at the end of the season and beat us 3-1 in the season series, they are in the ECF and missing arguably their best player..like i said if JV comes back monday, this series is going to be completely different. We already have no defense in the middle, add in a beast for toronto and all their perimter guys just got alot better.

When the Cavs win the next game, the narrative will change again. Before last night people were talking about a sweep.

I do not think game 3 was the most important game of this series. Cavs have home court advantage and need to win those games.

most important game of the series (well, season) is game 4 IMO
not because the Cavs could lose the series, but because we want to wrap this thing up in 5 ... our team (namely Lebron) needs as much rest as possible

When you have a 2-0 lead the most important game is always game 3 as no team has ever come back from 3-0

The most important game of the series is the one you are playing.
Am I the only one that pronounces hyperbole "Hyper-bowl" instead of "hy-per-bo-le"?

Let's talk about officiating, i know its all subjective. But does anyone else feel that they are getting away with some pretty dirty hits on lebron? i mean some of the hits that bitch biyombo put on him should be review by league offices. If I'm lue, and the game is as chippy as it is, and as worthless as TT was, how do you not atleast get your 6 fouls worth out of a huge 7'1 russian, if you aren't going to give him minutes, atleast let him play the enforcer role ala perkins. When teams get physical with us we seem to wither, i'd love to see us punch them back...unless your TT who can't punch anything other than Lebron apparently. I'm kinda excited to watch the game tonight, I hope OKC comes out and proves game one wasnt a fluke. They have a chance at home to make a statement

The officiating can go both ways, depending on who you're rooting for.
I definitely think lebron doesn't get some calls.
But let's make this clear. He isn't just the king on the court. He's the king of flopping, too. He was trying to win an Oscar with that flop last night, and his own teammate hit him.

I don't think I was the only one wanting another sweep. Oh well, I won't cry over spilled milk. IF we win out and GSW/OKC win out we will have one more days rest at the end of game five. Advantage Cavs IMHO. Unless we have to put up with some jet lag facing GSW not so much facing OKC.

I don't know why the Raptors even bother showing up for the games, obviously they should just forfeit because there's no way they can win the series.

Well, the Cavs better win tomorrow night at what has become a tough place for a road team to win in the playoffs, because if the Raptors tie it up......

Boy, too many people on this board was sleeping on OKC.
Right lead? So much for that sweep, huh

Not just this board, but every board. Kinda makes you wonder about Toronto, eh?

Not just this board, but every board. Kinda makes you wonder about Toronto, eh? No. Not at all. OKC has two of the top five players in the league. Toronto. . . does not.

It does.
I guess the biggest difference is Toronto doesn't have a player with ice in their veins.
OKC has 2.

Yeah funny he acts like he knew it all along. Like he knew something hundreds of analysts didn't. Gmafb. Okc is playing so above their regular season ability. One thing I'm pretty sure on, the west is still the path to the ring, both those teams imo are more complete than the cavs

I didn't know along, but you don't discount the team that just finished mopping the floor with the Spurs.
I didn't make a prediction, I don't think anyway. All I said at the beginning of the series was "y'all sleeping on OKC".
And sure enough...

Damn, to have GS down 25 points? That's pretty scary. We need to finish off the Raptors so we can get ready for either of these teams.
Why is it the west is so much better than the east?
WE DON'T NEED A QB BEFORE WE GET A LINE THAT CAN PROTECT HIM my two cents...
