Love and Irving killed us. Tristan didn't help. The first two went a combined 4 for 28. TT got 8 rebounds to Biyombo's 26.
The Raps might of fed off of Biyombo's energy, but we seemed to feed off the lack of scoring from Love and Irving. We held them under 100 points, but we just couldn't buy a basket ourselves. And whenever that happens, we just sort of sulk.
regardless, Lebron flopped so hard on that one bro. it was.....ridiculous.
I won't disagree with that but that's what the NBA has become. The comentators were speaking to it. He's determined that if he doesn't go down he's not going to get the call and he has been mugged this series without getting the calls. That one where Biyombo throws him to the ground. There's assault charges that would be filed if that happened outside the arena.
If you two would actually watch the games instead of typing throughout each game, you might have a better handle on what TT does for the team.
thats hilarious...TT supporter to the end...sorry, but you're really the only one who thinks he's above average...he's weak and has horrible footwork and post skills, he would be a JAG on any team lebron isnt on. He gets majority of his rebounds weakside when everyone rolls away..granted he does come up with some timely offensive rebounds occasionally but for 82 million dollars, you should be a major contributor and have a significant impact on the game...he doesn't...hes a decent role player but he's not a starter at any position. He shouldn't be a starter now...we are tons more effective with frye at the 5

Why exactly to you care how much he makes? I don't disagree with you, necessarily, on your assessment of TT but that's true whether he's paid $82 million or $1.50.
I don't think Frye works as a starter, he doesn't have the speed anymore, he works best when he's out on the perimeter and I don't think he'd bring any prescence inside at this point. Even less than TT. I just wish Mosgov hadn't turned into stone hands this season. When he was on the floor, he got boxed out constantly, TT was at least pushing guys trying to get position.
It is somewhat scary that we don't really have any bigs that can work in the paint...

I care because that contract is an albatross to improve the team..you pay all stars 82 million. not marginal rebounders...and Frye has the best +/- of any big so far in the playoffs so i disagree with you on that part. I do agree however we really needed Mosgov to show up this season, I think it couldn't hurt to get him a few minutes a game to see which mosgov shows up. Looks like Valaciunas is a game time decision tonight..

Unfortunately even in mop up time he's still be hesitant just looks uncoordinated. Maybe it's just because he knows it doesn't really matter but I'd hope he had more pride than that...

Like I said, instead of typing so much, you should actually watch and listen to the games. Guys who have coached and/or played in the NBA praise him all the time.
I get the feeling that you don't know the game. Screens are important. Help defense is important. Getting face-guarded due to your rebounding prowess is important. Doing the dirty work is important. Offensive rebounding is important.
Oh, and you might want to go check Biyombo's stat line for the year when he was in the starting lineup. He's not the slouch you think he is.
I like TT, but he's getting owned in this series. That "help defense" that you speak of, he's out of position and often seems to be switching to the wrong player and leaving someone wide open. One on one he's getting played by most who drive on him and seems a half step late. He's getting beat big time for rebounds in this series. I don't think there's hidden gold there that I'm missing with my untrained eyes. Don't accuse me of piling on, because I rarely agree with lead or swish.

We all see the game differently. Not a big deal. I just get on lead's case because it's like a crusade of his to degrade TT. I love when he says that TT sucks defensively. I have numbers that prove otherwise. Drastic numbers!
Well, Green's not getting suspended. ESPN (Collins, Rose, etc.) are rationalizing it by saying they're trying to "maintain the integrity of the game" by letting the fans see the playoff teams putting their best players on the floor. That has got to be the biggest crock I've ever heard. If JR were to just lift his foot in the air with no contact he'd be suspended and those same folks would be saying how appropriate the penalty was.

he'll probably pull a tech tomorrow night and get suspended for game 5

No wonder Golden State is losing their series. It's hard to play well when ESPN has their heads shoved up their collective backsides.
He really should get a game suspension for that dirty, cheap-shot. There was nothing incidental about that, and he's already a pretty well known cheap-shot artist.
Looking a lot like game 3, weak ass team. Typical cleveland

Look at that, bench TT and we go on run. Good call Lue to do that early

not complaining, at least we got a coach making instant adjustments

Does it bring you joy to act lame on Cavs thread on the internet?
Again you are a nobody to me and I care less on your opinion on how I should be a fan.

if the raps decide to put V in, i wonder if we'll see mosgov earlier than normal.

Helps when we actually hit our shots too. But having Frye out there does pull Biyombo out of the lane a bit, because they have to worry about Frye hitting threes.
yep I've been saying for awhile frye makes a lot more sense as a small ball center. Thompson just isn't a starter. He needs to develop a post game or he will get less and less minutes as each year passes
