I support this quote.

If the Cavs win it all this year, he will be considered the 2nd greatest player of all time.

That's how I feel. His greatness can be under appreciated because of his personality. However, he truly is one of the greatest ever.

As MrTed said, bringing a championship to Cleveland will catapult him to #2.

What I think is amazing is he wasn't clutch when he first came into the league, but he is one of the best clutch players in the NBA. You always have a chance when he's on your team.

I'm not thinkin' he'd be #2, (not saying Jordan isn't #1 but) what I'm saying is there is going to be just something a little extra special about it because he did it here!

Maybe 1a-or even it's own classification, y'know?

'course not. But Chicago has the Whitesox, the '85 Bears and the Bulls of the 80's and 90's.

That's why I think there will just be something different about Lebron winning in Cleveland.

love seeing our team on the BIG stage ... and the fact that we have 5 days off

Finals in Cleveland once again ... and a big challenge ahead

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

--Cavs accomplished what they needed to.

--I'm impressed that they closed it out on the road. I think that is important for their mind-set and confidence moving forward.

--LeBron is playing w/a true sense of purpose. This means a lot to him and you could plainly see the emotion of what this means to him after the game.

--Kyrie is a great scorer and ball handler, but he did some things that concerned me last night. He dribbled too much on offense, which caused the offense to become stagnant at times last night. Secondly, his defense was terrible. It compromised our entire D. Too many switches and Toronto's bigs got rebounds and/or put-backs because of all the switching we had to do to compensate for Kyrie's poor defense on the ball.

--JR Smith has become our second best effort guy. That's pretty amazing!

--I hope the Cavs focus a bit more on ball movement in the Finals. They are an outstanding offensive team when they pass the ball quickly and crisply. They won't win by playing Iso.

Good post, Vers.

I will be on pins & needles for the Finals. We are oh-so-close to winning it all. GO CAVS!

^^^^^This, for sure!! You can tell he wants it so bad for his teammates, the city of Cleveland and us fans.

I know I commented in this thread during the game that Kyrie took some absolutely horrid shots. A couple of those times were when we just needed a solid possession. The way he played at times, I couldn't believe he ended up with 30.
