I think the biggest thing with lebron is he doesn't need or care about the big markets, He's a big fish in any pond, and his pond covers the earth. The LA/NY markets need lebron ALOT more than he needs them, theres nothing they can give him he can't already get or already has, so he wants to go one of the two worst run teams in the last 10 years for what? He's got a young team, coming off a ring, has a FO and ownership group that has no qualms about spending whatever it takes (looking at you Mickey). But i guess if they couldn't talk about lebron leaving then they'd have nothing to fill offseason with
