GC. I really really really hate democrats.
Am I wrong? Yes of course because as we all know, the Republicans are so freaking perfect. So, yeah, you are wrong. Just like the person that says he REALLY REALLY REALLY hates republicans. All thanks to the wedge our politicians drive between us.

https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/793(f) Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense, (1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, or (2) having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of its trust, or lost, or stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, and fails to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer— Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both. I had to read and sign a document stating this the last time I held a clearance. Basically, it says that if you are stupid in your handling of classified documents, you can be prosecuted. Seeing as stupid, negligent, ignorant, or careless could all be considered the same thing, why is there no prosecution? When I worked for the Navy, I saw a yeoman get busted for making copies of secret documents on a unclassified copy machine. He would have been ok if he had made those copies on a secret level copy machine. He just used the wrong one. He lost rank, pay, clearance, and was put on foxtail detail for the rest of his enlistment.

This is exactly why we should all be concerned about anyone who has this much power OVER the government.

So a guy who carried classified documents in an unsecured manner into a country we are engaged in a war in got two years probation and a $7,500 fine, but Hillary should go to jail?

So a guy who carried classified documents in an unsecured manner into a country we are engaged in a war in got two years probation and a $7,500 fine, but Hillary should go to jail? With the internet are borders even necessary to be considered? If they can hack her server directly or through the people she's communicating with, the servers physical location is superfluous. Also I never said put her in jail, give her probation but convict her, she is guilty, and while Comey said no prosecutor would go after this, their own office in Sacramento did and they reported there was no intent to disseminate the information in a nefarious fashion. But she's a Clinton and the rules apparently don't apply to her. Just look at this line from Comey's statement and it should tell us all we need to know. "To be clear, this is not to suggest that in similar circumstances, a person who engaged in this activity would face no consequences. To the contrary, those individuals are often subject to security or administrative sanctions. But that is not what we are deciding now." So you and I doing the same thing are going to get prosecuted, just not the Clintons.

My comment was in response to the prevailing sentiment of "If you or I had done what she done, we'd be in jail!"
Yes, borders matter. If you physically transfer something that can be seen and obtained without previously knowing it's location, it's a big difference in my opinion.
However, if she carried unprotected classified information into foreign war zones then yes, I would be good with her not being able to hold security clearance again due to legal precedent. Even though her level of physical security (and by proxy the security of the items she's holding) is probably 50 times that of Nishimura.

Given the number of things 150, that that guy from the F.B.I. said in his press conference yesterday; and given the past of Bill and Hilary Clinton, how they made millions of dollars after Bill leaving the presidency, off of questionable foreign sources, for little things, like appearances.
Given all of that, how can I not at least 50/50 flip of the coin, think she was doing this intentionaly, (trading national security for personal gain, either money or power).
And if She did that, did it intentionally, then she is a spy, or she is the definition of a spy.
The same thing A husband and Ethyl Rosenburg were given the death penalty for.
Don't jump to conclusions, I don't want Hilary Clinton tried as a spy and executed. I just want Hilary forced into retirement from public office, into the private sector, where that aging ugly cackling voiced talking head would probably get a prime time show on any T.V. network but Fox news.
That's not going to happen, there's at least a 50 50 chance she's going to be president, which is SAD and SCARY, because who knows how to survive the damgage they do.
( Damonshot: I don't consider republicans and democrats polar oppisites, could not say I really like Republicans at all. edit: I was wrong to say I really really really hate democrats, I really really really hate that democrats hold government office. That's what I meant., actually, NO, I mean, The things they do when they get those offices.

There has not been one thing since Trump announced his candidacy until this that has caused me to give him any serious consideration.
And even then it is still very minute consideration at that.

Well, I guess you can teach an old dog new tricks... Since creating the ISIS debacle after removing troops from Iraq too early, today Obama announced... --------------------------------------------------------------- President Obama announced Wednesday that he will keep roughly 3,000 more U.S. troops in Afghanistan than previously announced – prolonging America’s role in a war that already has lasted more than a decade. Obama said he will leave around 8,400 U.S. troops in Afghanistan when he leaves office in January. "The Taliban remains a threat," Obama said http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2016/07/...ml?intcmp=hpbt2

If you think Obama created ISIS, then you don't understand anything in that area at all.

As Swish likes to say, "You don't know nuttin unless you served! Well, there you have it, the Military knows! Swish also is fond of saying that we are in too many conflicts in the Middle East. I agree! It's weird because in this election, the Democrat is the warmonger (see Syria, Egypt, Libya, etc.) and the Republican candidate is the one that has been on the record as being more restrained in that regard. I like that about Trump. One of my big reservations about the Republican party has always been about how damn fast they have been to go to war but this election is like a role reversal. edit: For those who don't know what I'm talking about, do some digging around. Consider using a search engine that you normally wouldn't use, as you may come across different results on different search engines. Possible searches could be something like, 'hillary clinton emails', 'hillary clinton war emails', 'hillary clinton corruption', etc. Use your imagination.

I can't believe, after all the dislike I've felt for Donald, for the past 28 years or so, and now I'd vote for him if I were American. He just seems to be the most honest and likeable. Of the two major candidates.

I don't understand why everybody is worried about a star, and nobody is complaining about the Photo of the Anti-Christ beside the star? Folks need to get their stories straight, yo- For 7.5 years, all we've heard is that this: ...was the face of The Antichrist. And yet, the only churches that have closed since 2008 were those who were bled dry by their leadership. And as far as I can tell, there's only one candidate in this upcoming election who physically fits the title of "Big Red"... If America elects him, and his first executive order is to invert the 50 stars on the US flag, it'll already be too late. You heard it here first.

I have many issues with Obama, but I also think he has been a decent president all things considered. As for Obama the man, I think he's very likeable.
Hillary on the other hand is as fake as the day is long. She had my vote 8 years ago when I was much less familiar with her, wasn't watching her in debates and wasn't measuring her as a person. I believe I supported her then based on how I felt about the economy that Bush created and the feeling that Bill and Hillary could fix that mess.
Obama did a VERY GOOD JOB of getting us out of the ruins left by Bush. He did little to restore the working class economy though and served the donor class way too often. He was at the very least ineffective in dealing with the GOP and standing up for the liberal progressive values that he ran on.

Obama certainly wasn't perfect, but I give so much respect to him for getting things done with a congress that didn't want to give him anything.
I agree that he gave up some of his liberal progressive values, but he did what every other president has to do: compromise.
And he had to compromise with a congress that didn't and still won't compromise. Combined with all the other personal insults he has had to deal with like no other president before him, this guy is the man.
It's always funny how Obama is respected around the world...except by conservatives in his own country. To them, he might as well not be American.
Oh wait, they tried pulling that one, too.
