Some info on Win10 anniversary Update FYI for those with Win10. I've heard this update will be about 3GB in size. If Win10 forces the update on you, could lose control of your computer for a bit if you don't have a fast connection.
It's supposed to be hard! If it wasn't hard, everyone would do it. The hard... is what makes it great!

Windows usually downloads updates in the background, and then installs them. This is how it went for most people when Windows 10 deployed. It fully downloaded, then installed. While it updated following the upgrade to 10, that was not the same size file(s) as the Windows 10 file.
I have a hard time believing that the update will be 3 GB. The entire O/S download for Windows 10 was 3 GB. I cannot believe that an update would be the same size.
