Kessler was a coach pick.
Hue is doing his best to work with our inexperienced front office and is willing to take the heat for their mistakes.
imo... You can point to the FO all you want, but this was a Coach pick. Just the way he talked about Kessler, and going in to the draft it was widly reported that Hue was going to have significant input on the QB. since that was his specialty. That said, I am not as down on Kessler as some. It's way too early to call the kid a bust.

Not only did we do that, but we kept two undrafted guys as well. This tells us that this front office/coach favors their own guys and that the roster was crap to begin with.
