13-28 passing. 3int's. 1 td.
Their D will put 8 men in the box, stop the run , blitz a lot and play man to man forcing Kessler to beat them with his arm. The game will be too fast for him and it won't be pretty.
Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

I will say he goes 16 for 21 with 220 thanks to a big run after catch by Coleman. 1 TD 1 INT.

12/40 145 yards 1TD 2 INT
If he doesn't get hurt. That's an almost impossible stat line. It's very difficult to throw 28 incompletions in a game, especially when you are getting as few first downs as that line would suggest. You just don't have enough plays to do that. Here are the most incompletions in a game to this point this season: winston 25 v AZ (4 INT, 243 yards, 27 completions) Dalton 23 v PIT (31 completions, 366 yards) stafford 18 v TEN Flacco 20 v CLE (25 completions, 302 yards) Prescott 20 v NYG (25 completions. 227 yards) bortles 19 v SD luck 19 v DEN cousins 18 v DAL smith 17 v HOU

I predict he does not finish the game. Why do people think this? Griffin got hurt while on the run. McCown got hurt because he held the ball too long (like he has his whole career). Also, the weakest link in our offensive line is now gone (Erving). Kessler should stay healthy if he makes the right read and gets rid of the ball quickly (both things he should be good at). Whether the balls goes where it is supposed to is a different question entirely.

Thanks, so the fewest completions since 1999 with 28 or more incompletions was aioli smith against us with 15, but even he threw for 250 yards that game. Manning has the second fewest with 18 completions.

Gets concussed on the 1st offensive snap. Wakes up and thinks he is Kosar then goes 25-27, 3 TDs. Slaughter goes for 150/2TD, Langhorne adds 100/1TD When the concussion wears off he finds out that what he thought were TD passes to Slaughter and Langhorne were actually errant passes in to the stands to Big Dawg and the Bone Lady.

In my defense, that claim majorly hinges on the fact that we can't get enough first downs to make it happen.

I think I read somewhere here that we were going to go more of a "westcoast" type offense for Cody. if true then yea quick reads and quick releases, with a decent ground game. I think Kessler will be ok. If he gets hurt I'll be shocked.

Kessler will not have a lot of time to process things and despite what he should be good at he did not look like he belonged in the NFL this preseason. I see him panicking and taking hits and I can easily see Suh doing something cheap, in line with his fascination with other guy's junk.

I couldn't begin to think I could predict Kessler's stats, though I don't expect him to do well. But I also remember Colt McCoy's first start was vs the Steelers and the majority of the board expected him to get his head taken off. Instead, in a loss, he stood tall and gained the respect of most.
For Kessler, all I can do is cheer him on and hope for the best.

Cleveland Browns have Terry Talkin' about how to view Cody Kessler -- Terry Pluto By Terry Pluto, The Plain Dealer Email the author | Follow on Twitter on September 24, 2016 at 9:20 AM, updated September 24, 2016 at 9:02 PM CLEVELAND, Ohio -- I was not a big fan of Cody Kessler before he was selected in the 2016 NFL Draft by the Cleveland Browns. He then had a very rough time in the preseason. But it's ridiculous to make any sort of judgment based on being rushed into action when the Browns face the Dolphins Sunday in Miami. Who knows what the Browns have in the rookie quarterback from USC? No team should project a third-round pick to start as a rookie. I write that knowing Russell Wilson was a third-rounder and opening-day starter for Seattle. Yes, he became a Super Bowl quarterback. Matt Flynn was supposed to start, but Wilson won the job in 2012. I know, third-rounder quarterbacks in Cleveland end up starting as rookies -- Charlie Frye and Colt McCoy are the most recent examples. I've been told the Browns are taking "a long view" when it comes to Kessler. I hope that's true. Just think about the circumstances. It's well beyond quarterbacks Robert Griffin III (broken bone in his left shoulder) and Josh McCown (broken left collarbone) being injured in the first two games. Kessler opened training camp as the No. 3 quarterback, and remained there on opening day. With Griffin as the starter and McCown the backup, Kessler had not received a lot of on-field work during fall camp. That's how it works with every team. The top two guys get the most work. So he's in there in Game 3, on the road. The Dolphins are playing their first game in their newly renovated stadium. Some of the $500 million improvements are designed to make the stadium louder. The Dolphins have one of the better defensive lines in the NFL. I know, welcome to the NFL. The Browns? Receiver Corey Coleman looked like a first-round draft pick with two touchdown passes in the 25-20 loss to Baltimore. He was the NFL Rookie of the Week. Now, he's out because of a right hand broken in practice. It's a huge loss, because Coleman looks like he will demand a lot of attention from defenses. The offensive line is in flux. John Greco takes over at center for the injured Cameron Erving (bruised lung). Alvin Bailey will start in Greco's usual right guard spot. New quarterback. New center. No Coleman. This is a very, very rough spot for Kessler. KESSLER IS PRAISED Hue Jackson said Kessler has been at the training facility for long hours, doing all the extra work available. The Browns coach once again praised Kessler's accurate passing -- something that impressed Jackson in the draft. "He also knows how to get us in the right protections and to do all those things," said Jackson. Kessler played in a pro offense at USC. He went through four offensive coordinators, so he is used to being a quick study. Newly signed backup quarterback Charlie Whitehurst has been in the NFL for 10 years. He praised Kessler for "not operating like a rookie. ... He really takes charge out there and has a really good grasp of the offense." Rookie receiver Rashard Higgins told the media how he has stayed after practice to work with Kessler. Higgins could see more action and has yet to catch a pass. In terms of preparation, learning the offense and having a mature approach to the game -- Kessler will deliver those important things. This will not be a repeat of the underprepared and overwhelmed Johnny Manziel during his rookie season. But as associate head coach Pep Hamilton said: "Cody has always prepared himself as if he was the starter ... but it's going to be different on game day. ... There is no way for us to recreate the actual game day pocket environment." It's going to be so hard to judge Kessler on this first game. That's why if he has anything approaching a respectable game it will be an accomplishment. CAN BROWNS HELP KESSLER? 1. Jackson is a creative coach. The Browns did surprise Baltimore with some of their plays, jumping to a 20-0 lead. My guess is Jackson will come up with something to help Kessler get off to a decent start. 2. I'd like to see more of Duke Johnson. The former Miami Hurricanes running back is an excellent receiver, with seven catches for a 10.3 average. But Johnson also can run -- 34 yards in six carries. 3. Most of the carries have gone to Isaiah Crowell. Jackson believes Crowell can be a big-time running back. But I do believe Johnson can be effective. 4. It has been a strange two games for Gary Barnidge. He has only four catches for 37 yards. This from a Pro Bowl tight end in 2015? Not sure if the problem is the offense, the changing quarterbacks or something else. I do know Barnidge should be able to help Kessler when Miami brings pressure. 5. With Coleman out, Terrelle Pryor and Andrew Hawkins will be the starting receivers. Rookies Ricardo Louis and Higgins should see some action. 6. There are two veterans who can help Kessler -- Barnidge and Hawkins. Hawkins has only three receptions. Together, they have caught seven passes for 65 yards. They have been targeted 13 times. 7. The Browns need to play a ball-control style of game. That means Kessler has to do enough throwing the ball to keep Miami at least somewhat concerned about the pass. ABOUT THE BROWNS 1. There was little said about the decision to cut John Hughes. I do know the Browns are trying to find some defensive linemen who can rush the passer. Hughes was supposed to be good against the run, but lacked results. As defensive coordinator Ray Horton said of Hughes: "It's a performance-based business." 2. The Browns decided they'd rather look at Stephen Paea (claimed on waivers from Washington) and Jamie Meder. In his second season, Danny Shelton is becoming a force against the run. Baltimore coach John Harbaugh raved about Shelton after last week's game. 3. After two games, the run defense has been respectable. Opponents are averaging only 3.6 yards per carry. Shelton is a big part of that, along with inside linebackers DeMario Davis and Chris Kirksey. 4. But the Browns have only two sacks, none against Baltimore. Carl Nassib was the most promising pass rusher, but the Penn State rookie broke his right hand in the Baltimore game. He'll be out at least for a few weeks after surgery. 5. Rookie Emmanuel Ogbah has only three tackles in two games. The outside linebacker was picked in the second round to pressure the passer, but has done very little of that. To be fair, it's two games. He was a defensive end in a 4-3 scheme in college. Now, he's an outside linebacker in a 3-4. Ogbah has played 116 snaps in the first two games. 6. Research shows that many rookies struggle when asked to switch schemes and positions in the NFL. That's common sense. Ogbah does not appear to be an exception. Nassib was a lineman at Penn State, and the Browns have kept him on the defensive line. 7. Horton on Ogbah: "We need more. He is one of our young guys who we want to speed up." http://www.cleveland.com/pluto/index.ssf/2016/09/cleveland_browns_have_terry_ta_81.html#incart_rive r_index

so basically Ogbah has disappointed the coaches thus far
"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

Actual: 21/33 244 0 TDs 0 INTs
These seem to be the closest:
Swish: 17-25, 276 yards, 2 TD, 1 INT. 25 yards rushing on 3 carries.
Rishuz: 20-30, 275, 3 TDs, 1 INT
tastybrownies: Kessler becomes the new franchise QB with a win over the Dolphins. 20-30, 220 yards, 2 TD 0 INT.
I think tastybrownies is the winner.
