We made the play to win the game.

We still didn't win the game.

I just..

that's it in a nutshell

also the super conservative plays calls in overtime hurt us big time.

Thought we played with passion today... Kessler played about how I expected.. Overall pleased with him... Surprised we threw it so often on third and short.. Pryor balled out today... Pastor need to be cut... We need a kicker... Don't like the decision to take a knee at end of regulation rather than try to move the ball closer... With our running game I think we could have picked up five yards or so...

Oh well.. Strong game guys... I know some fans are pretty down... I'm actually optomistic after today's game.. Saw a lot of promise from a very young team with a lot of injuries...

Hue also lost it by not running the ball with 20 seconds left to give few less yards to our kicker. Just really bad football IQ.

Paztor and Parkey needs to be left in miami. don't even allow them to get on the flight back to cleveland.

Pryor had a phenomenal game.

Kessler, 21/33 244 yards. one turnover(fumble)

our defense, the land of misfit toys, did a decent job.

i just........the kicker and pasztor lost us this game. 5-6 penalties on his ass ALONE. and the kicker....3 missed FG? jeez....

I was pleased with Kessler once he settled down. He will be a servicable backup.

Pryor deserves rookie of the week. I felt bad for him that we lost. He deserves to win.

The team did not give up. Just too many starters out.

We should have won this. Cut that kicker now.

the guy was kicking wide left the entire game. length wasn't the problem. he has the leg power, just zero accuracy.

Browns would be 2-1 with Phil Dawson on the roster.

Been competitive in 2 out of 3 games without much talent, not sure who deserves the credit, coaching I guess, but the games still looked ugly, more like the competition playing down to us.

Ah, who cares this season...

I am Angry over how we lost but I love the fight in this team did you see the looks on their faces at the end ... this loss meant something to them they weren't out there smiling and shaking hands ...

So I guess the kicker missing 9 pts had nothing to do with it. And let me see how many coaches get their 3rd string rookie QB to give him a game and almost win

With the injuries we had this was as good as we could have played, I credit Hue for keeping us in it and blame him for some of the loss, he tries to be too smart sometimes. End of regulation and you don't even try to run a play and rather kick a long field goal, just dumb, as was throwing backed up on 2 and 1

a much closer and more entertaining game than I thought...

We scored on a Pick 6...We actually scored our first second half TD of the year...we actually ran the ball pretty well...We owned the time of possession...we had all the opportunities to win the game...we got critical first downs to keep our D rested and they responded...our D got 3-n-outs when they needed to late in the game...

Pryor was off the charts today...

The same deal...finding a new way to lose...penalties and missed FG's...

However, the fact the the intensity and energy of the team stayed high..

When we get our starters back, have some time to play together, this team has some serious upside - especially after we get a few more holes plugged

He was a QB but switched to receiver last year.

Kessler has some work and adjusting yet.
He now at least has some teachable film.
He didn't kill us.

Draft the best kicker in a reasonable spot. Dawson proved they're not a dime a dozen. Cut the RT and kicker ASAP.

RT and K are totally on management...let Schwartz go, signed Pasztor and drafted two bums that must be useless if they can't beat him for the spot. Kicker was totally neglected and an afterthought from day one biting them in the us in back to back weeks now.

The algorithms probably didn't account for kickers and punters.

I think he was a free agent acquisition... Pryor was previously a QB for Oakland but Hue talked him into switching to WR... Think it's been a good transition... He played QB at OSU

Penalties hurt us

Pasztor (sp) killed us

Parkey sucks

Pryor was outstanding

Running game was improved

Overtime D was pathetic

Kessler didn't impress but he stood in

Referees must have myopia

Penalties made us work harder in overbearing heat. Kill you every time

O line seemed improved later in the game but still needs much work

Hue got conservative late, but overall, these guys played their hearts out for him

Missed it wide left...............how many times?

Not saying this a fact, so don't take this as a legit source. However, I've heard Shon Coleman has got some health issues. Not sure if it's his weight or something more severe.

I think Hue did a good job today, but I don't understand not running Crow more when he wa averaging 6-7 yards per carry! Why get cute?

NEVER KICK THE BALL IN OVERTIME WHEN YOU WIN THE TOSS.

Kicker has to go. Pastuer (SP?) gets a pass considering he was dealing with Lake and Suh all day.

These guys showed a lot of heart today. Kessler survived the game and has something to build on this week.

I hate the loss but not mad, they did the better than I expected.

Yeah. A lot of second and 1 or 2 then throw 2 times almost every time rather than pick up the first down with Crow or Pryor. I do not think Miami had an answer for Pryor running the ball from the QB position.

But in the end I knew we would lose. Just expected it to be over in the 3rd per usual. What else is there to say? Same result next week as well. Only the Browns. "Lovable Losing" jumped the shark a LONG time ago. Someone tell that to the team PUHHHLEEEZE!

OK this Kicker didn't even hit town till Friday night.
So Zero time on the team.... if he looks like this next week I'll hammer him.
5 penalties one player....he's toast.

Hue can Coach!
I see now why the Bengals' Fans are mad he got away.
D is starting, just barely, to look like a Horton D...that will take time.
Away, Young and so many positions out... to OT.... MAN!

Paztor would of been fine, except multiple times Kessler tried to either extend the play, or just held the ball waaay too long.

He's a kicker.

I don't care if we signed him right before the game.

He missed 3 FGs.

By your 5th try you should generally have an idea of what you didwrong.

Yep, they were expecting a playoff run and they barely beat us. Scratch that we beat ourselves with youth, injuries and penalties.
