Hey conservatives, No comment on Donald trump looking kind of sick on stage?

I mean, he looked kinda ill up there. Wonder if he has the stamina lmfao.

Trump didn't even shake Lester's hand after the debate. That's hilariously improper and irresponsible. We're on a forum about football. Our media has treated the campaign season like sports, so let's use this analogy. If Hue Jackson doesn't shake a HC's hand at the end of the game, no one would hear the end of it. For Trump, a businessman, to not handshake someone because he was second in line is so irresponsible.

Also, did you hear his nuclear answer? He clearly had no idea about our nuclear plans, neither short term or long term. In the past two years we have started an advanced nuclear arm race with Russia and China. I believe this year the military secured funding for 1 trillion dollars for our nuclear weapons. He also had no idea that Obama was considering taking away the strike first policy. Since he didn't know what Obama was doing, he couldn't really well answer the question. Which is why he said, "But I would certainly not do first strike." which is probably the dumbest thing to say if he didn't have this interaction:





Call a spade a spade? Isn't that what the whole Anti-PC crowd is about? But it was hardly unprovoked. If you recall correctly, Lester quoted Donald as saying, "Hillary does not look Presidential." She was defending herself from Donald talking down on her looks.

As for where the quote came from, Donald himself. He even repeated it this morning. How could this man control our nuclear arsenal by the playoffs?

Your football analogy doesnt work. Lester is not a HC, he is a Ref. Nobody shakes the refs hand. Clinton is the HC and he shook her hand.

a minor point of correction:

Trump in fact did shake Lester Holt's hand, albeit not immediately.

At the end of the debate, he crossed the stage in front of Holt's desk to address someone off-camera. When he walked back toward center stage, he did shake hands.

My bad. I turned it to the Falcons game when I thought Trump was leaving the stage.

I thought Hillary was touting her record of nuclear non-proliferation as well as her record of getting the world, including us, to reduce our stockpiles of nuclear weapons..

Essentially we're decomming 5 missiles and making them into 3 new missiles. So yeah, we (as a world) are still decomming our nuclear weapons.

I read that he sniffled during the debate. Others said that his pupils looked dilated. I didn't catch it and I'm not sure how much that kind of minor stuff matters anyway (as opposed to passing out and such).

The only thing that came out of that debate for me, is that it solidified my decision NOT to vote for either candidate in November. Both are a complete disgrace to the office of President of the United States. Honestly, everyone needs to take a step back and examine how we got here. How does the public accept such mediocrity? its very embarrassing.

The Arizona Republic endorsed Hillary Clinton on Tuesday night, becoming the latest traditionally Republican newspaper to back the Democratic nominee.

In a passionate editorial, the largest newspaper in Arizona argued that Republican Donald Trump was fundamentally unfit for the presidency. It was the first time the Republic had endorsed a Democrat.

“Trump’s inability to control himself or be controlled by others represents a real threat to our national security. His recent efforts to stay on script are not reassuring. They are phony. The president commands our nuclear arsenal. Trump can’t command his own rhetoric,” the paper opined.

“Being the leader of the free world requires a sense of propriety that Trump lacks,” it added.

The Republic’s editorial heaped praise on Clinton, who it says “retains her centrist roots” despite tacking left during the Democratic primary. “Clinton retains her composure under pressure. She’s tough. She doesn’t back down,” it argued. “Trump responds to criticism with the petulance of verbal spit wads.”

The endorsement is especially notable because the Republic has always backed Republicans for president.

“Since The Arizona Republic began publication in 1890, we have never endorsed a Democrat over a Republican for president. Never. This reflects a deep philosophical appreciation for conservative ideals and Republican principles. This year is different. The 2016 Republican candidate is not conservative and he is not qualified,” the editorial said.

Other Republican-leaning newspaper editorial boards have also recently thrown their support to Clinton.

At the end of last week, the Cincinnati Enquirer endorsed Clinton while noting that it had “supported Republicans for president for almost a century.” The paper continued: “But this is not a traditional race, and these are not traditional times. Our country needs calm, thoughtful leadership to deal with the challenges we face at home and abroad. We need a leader who will bring out the best in all Americans, not the worst.”

And earlier this month, the Dallas Morning News announced that for the first time in 75 years, it was backing a Democrat for president. “Resume vs. resume, judgment vs. judgment, this election is no contest,” the paper wrote in its Sept. 7 editorial, a day after publishing a scathing anti-Trump opinion piece.

“Trump is — or has been — at odds with nearly every GOP ideal this newspaper holds dear,” the earlier editorial said. “Donald Trump is no Republican and certainly no conservative.”
