He ran a couple of slants and some crossing routes. The dude is impressing me. He's come a long way in a year. no doubt. what a progression he's made in one year ... such a talent Makes we believe he was severely stunted by the previous regime. How good would he be now if he's had some coaching and more opportunities to see the field? or, maybe he was bolstered by the previous regime and the reason he looks like he does is in large part due to the work he did last season, and wouldn't be where he is without that? He is where he is - and for better or worse, last year is part of what got him to who, what, and where he is now. I'm glad he's come along. What I really like beyond the measurables is his fire. We haven't had someone on offense that has his intensity since KW. I loved hearing him get up after being pushed out of bounds on one of his crossing routes, and whoop it up. That fire can be infectious. It's something our O has severely lacked....beyond just talent.

I think it is a natural progression for a talented guy who had to learn a new position. Let's not forget that Hue's Bengals cut Pryor last year when he tried out for WR w/them. That is how we got him. I think the other poster blaming last year's staff is rather unfair.

The Browns lost. Again.
We are building a culture of losing. In a nutshell, this is it. We lost. Again. "Almost won" is how the participation-trophy crowd says "lost." Some are saying we had multiple chances to win, and this is true. But when you have multiple chances to win that means in order to lose multiple things need to go wrong. And that's what we did. We did enough things wrong to lose. This is what bad teams do. This is our culture. How long did it take before Seattle got turned around. Pete Carroll didn't turn it around in a year. Took time and players lots of players. Lots of drafts. We are in year ONE of a complete rebuild. We might not win a game this year. That's fine. Better draft position.....

We have the best WR coach in the league right now. Al Saunders is a leagcy coach. He's been around forever and yet he still gets fired up about coaching. I like the guy! I think he has done wonders with Pryor and the rest of the guys.

Thus far he's paid big dividends with pryor
"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Jeudy is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Tillman is flanked out wide to the right. Judkins and Ford are split in the backfield as Flacco takes the snap ... Here we go."
