As usual you have no clue.
From the beginning this whole election was not about Trump but about bringing this corrupt system down.
And down in flames went all the establishments men.
Hillary is next to fall. except the GOP establishment is winning. every GOP politician that abandoned ship just saved their asses. the only people going down with the ship is Trump, his henchmen, and the people who thought he could ever be a viable candidate. He tried to tap into the base that loved Sarah Palin. ya know, the tea party base. the problem is he forgot that Palin is and will continue being a laughing stock to the rest of the country. and now he will forever be remembered as the face of that circus. so congrats. As i said at the beginning of the election cycle on this board, every liberal was HOPING you guys would put Trump out there. so i guess thanks for delivering?

Trump is sitting at a table with the women who accuses Bill Clinton of sexual assault. Yeah, I saw that on Facebook. When I wrote "The Gloves are off" in the title of this thread, it was half-serious, half-joking. I didn't think it would go this far. edit: half-serious, half-joking isn't the right way to put it. We're talking about some hurtful subjects here. "I didn't think it would go this far" is accurate though.

So that video already has over 600k views and 40k comments. That's crazy.
I wonder if those women are going to have seats in the audience during the debate.

If I'm a Trump supporter I'm nervous about tonight. It's been proven Hillary has a game plan and knows how to bait Trump.
If he flops tonight, this race is going to get ugly.

Exclusive poll: GOP voters want the party to stand by Trump A wave of Republican officials abandoned Donald Trump on Saturday, but, at least for now, rank-and-file Republicans are standing by the party’s presidential candidate, according to a new POLITICO/Morning Consult poll conducted immediately after audio was unearthed Friday that had the GOP nominee crudely bragging about groping women and trying to lure a married woman into an affair. But voters are largely viewing Trump’s comments through their own partisan lens: 70 percent of Democrats say Trump should end his campaign, but just 12 percent of Republicans — and 13 percent of female Republicans — agree. http://www.politico.com/story/2016/10/politico-morning-consult-poll-229394

it's gonna be interesting for sure, seeing as how a lot of the GOP leadership jumped ship, and probably aren't getting back on.
i think this stunt with the accuser etched that into stone, as well.

I dont think anything is going to happen tonight but a bunch of mud slinging and interrupting from both sides. Because they are both salty 5 year olds. I doubt the issues will even be discussed adequately.

Pence is thinking about his future and how standing by Trump may ruin his own career. Jumping ship this late in the game would be career suicide. Mike Pence has handled himself with nothing but class. He has little to worry about, IMO. I doubt there is much serious consideration to him dropping out. The article mentions "sources"... take it for what it's worth.

I expect somebody in the public will bring this video up tonight. It will be interesting to see how he responds as it would look really bad if he attacks the town hall public for asking (like he does w/the media). I am sure he will deflect to Bill's past. So, I am sure HRC is ready to counter if and when it does happen. Same with her...I am sure somebody will bring up emails and trustworthiness with her.
I am hopeful, however, we get substance out of this debate rather than a boxing match.

I hope Trump gives a sincere apology for that tape. That's his best bet and ultimately the right thing to do. He could try to explain it away and say it was edited (it was indeed selectively edited) but he would be on shaky ground because the comments are bad in any context. If he just says he was wrong and ashamed of those comments and has grown as a person over these years, that would go a long way.

I am not old enough to remember what debates were like in the eighties or before then, but to me it seems like these are a complete joke now a days. I'm guessing they were actually serious or talked about policy substance back then?

Here's what has killed Trump:
1. He has underestimated how much of a savage bitch Hillary is. 2. He has done a God awful job with party unity. 3. He has antagonized the media to the point where they are fighting back with an all out assault.

I'm guessing they were actually serious or talked about policy substance back then? The first debate held on tv was Kennedy/Nixon. The people who listened to it on the radio thought Nixon won. The people who watched it on tv thought Kennedy won. Nixon looked bad on tv. There has always been more to the debates than just words.

I am going to miss Odel Beckham's tanty for this debate so it better be good. During the 90 minute debate, you'll probably miss about 10 minutes of replays, 30 minutes of watching players and coaches huddling around, 30 minutes of commercials, 15 minutes of halftime, and maybe 5 minutes of gameplay where the ball is live.
