How do his breaking pitches look? I have it on the radio during lunch. I'm seeing the stats that his pitches have been around 88-70mph.

How do his breaking pitches look? I have it on the radio during lunch. I'm seeing the stats that his pitches have been around 88-70mph. He has had nice movement on almost every pitch he has thrown. I don't want to get ahead of myself, but we are up by 3 ..... and we have only lost 1 game all year long when leading by 3. Merritt has thrown only 31 pitches through his 1st 3 innings.

Nice! Merritt was perfect through 10 hitters, but then gave up a hit ..... but then got a double play like it was nuttin'.   Evn better, Encarnacion was 3-0 before he grounded into the twin killing.
