Not to derail the topic, but I think Joe Buck is freaking terrible. I don't know how he made it to this stage. He shows no emotion and is way too bland to actually be an announcer. I'd rather be watching the game on TBS, especially for the post game with Sheffield and those guys.

Is that how I'm reading it? I was wrong because I thought pinch hitting for the DH would trigger the pitcher to bat. Essentially, if they move Santana to catcher, then Kluber bats. If they had pinch run for Santana last inning, then the runner becomes the new DH.

Man, Kluber's stuff moves so much. It's just amazing how he starts on one side of the plate and winds up painting the opposite side, and then also moves his stuff up and down at the same time.
They use the word "filthy" to describe unhittable pitches .... and Kluber has had absolutely filthy stuff for most of the night.
