I keep hearing a damn whistle in the crowd. I keep expecting the ump to stop the game and call a false start on Pasztor.

What the hell is going on right now. We need to re-group right now. Maybe it looks like today is just not our day?

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Jeudy is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Tillman is flanked out wide to the right. Judkins and Ford are split in the backfield as Flacco takes the snap ... Here we go."

It's only the 5th inning guys. They still have to pitch the ball, so we still have plenty of chances to hit it.
WE DON'T NEED A QB BEFORE WE GET A LINE THAT CAN PROTECT HIM my two cents...

Bite me Strat-O-Matic! http://www.cbssports.com/mlb/news/world-...indians-game-2/Strat-O-Matic came awfully close to nailing the first game, as it pegged a 4-0 victory for the Indians. Cleveland won by a 6-0 score.
Here's what Strat-O-Matic foresees for Wednesday night:
Cubs -- 11 12 0 Tribe -- 2 8 0
The key player in Game 2's simulation? Kyle Schwarber, who notched four hits (including two home runs) and drove in five runs. Trevor Bauer, meanwhile, struggled to get through 3 2/3 innings, yielding four runs along the way. Cleveland's usually strong bullpen allowed the other seven runs.
Will Strat-O-Matic get this one right? We'll find out soon enough.

Really Shaw? Come on.
Why are there so many Cubs guys with batting helmet's that extend down to their chin? That looks really dumb and is annoying for some reason.

There's a reason we are underdogs, Chicago is a much better team. We did better than people expected, we need offense in the off season
Tomorrow is the most important thing in life. Comes into us at midnight very clean. It's perfect when it arrives and it puts itself in our hands. It hopes we've learned something from yesterday. -John Wayne

Arrietta has been ahead on most of our batters. Just like Kluber was yesterday . You have to put pressure on the hitters

Joe Buck slobbering all over Schwarber. Is it just me, or is he just openly rooting for the Cubs? I never hear him get this excited. Whenever the Cubs get a hit, he starts to channel his inner Gus Johnson. That, and he needs to get a room with Schwarber so we don't have to hear it.
