Last Sunday's embarrassing display on D and hue ripping them might just be the moment that lights a fire under the ass of our defence. Haden takes heat around here but WE'RE better with him than not.
If mangold is out it only helps us. Luke will help us with his arm, brings a deep threat option that Kessler doesn't. I wish Coleman could play this weekend, it sucked when he broke his hand because suddenly we lost a playmaker at WR.

I can't see it happening really, but it is the best chance of a victory. Actually, if Geno never got hurt and was starting, I might actually feel good about getting the W. Our Browns can score some points they just can't stop the other team from scoring.

We kind of need to lose this game. The Jets are some of our main competition for the first pick, losing this game would almost certainly clinch them having a better record than us. It'd then be down to us and the 49ers.

Thanks Diam. A group I'm in at church take an annual trip to a Browns game. this is year 11, and our record is surprising, Browns are 7-3 on our trips so far. Charter a bus, tailgate (now at the Aquarium) and hit Cleats on the way home. It's a good time.

We're from a Catholic church, so drinking and swearing is all good. And, we tend to pray more during the game than when we are at church.

Would love to hit columbus's tailgate some time, but we are not in a convenient place to stop by. My kids want to see a game this year so maybe I will make it, and meet some of the posters.

I think this is a game we can, should and very well WILL win.

The problem is....Fitzpatrick can either throw for 6 TDs or 6 INT. Knowing our luck he will hit his TD's.

Maybe it's the Indians and I am feeling super positive about this weekend....maybe it's McCown coming back or maybe it's that the Jets just aren't very good. But, I honestly think we get win #1 this week. We will need the confidence boost as the Cowboys are coming to town next week and that could be a long day.

Cmon.. you've been a fan long enough to KNOW that we can never call a victory after just 1 half. Time and time again this team has proven to us all that if we don't get 100% execution for 60 minutes, we are losing.

I thought about this thread during the game today.

When the Browns went up 17-7.

But when their last drive of the first half ended with a field goal and a half time score of 20-7,

I just knew the Jets' would score two unanswered touchdowns in the second half.

The Browns have been this exact path before. (20-7 half-time lead and lost)
