Eh, I remember hearing about it. And at the time I didn't know what the "black" angle was on why hot sauce is the one thing Clinton always has in her purse was.

I still don't know. Just a stereotype, or what?

anyways, i'll continue letting the rest of you express your mind boggling hatred. if that's what you need to feel superior to others, and so y'all can sleep at night, have at it.

i already know Clinton will win, Trump will lose. so i'm going to now focus on others affected by the election cycle, as well as other political issues that Clinton and congress, whether R or D dominated, will have to figure out and work together to address.

one thing i hope gets some well deserved attention from the Clinton administration and congress is how the Brexit will affect our economy.

While the Pound tanks, and eventually the Euro once negotiations are done, it will affect trading abroad in the EU and the UK.

a volatile Greek economy, who just got their third bailout, also see's to affect the EU even further.

Also, the situation with the GOP already declaring war against Clinton for the supreme court vacancy is.....well...a train wreck.

Mitch McConnell said let the voters decide. well, they are about to decide, and since it will be Clinton, the GOP obstructing this process should be taken seriously. they are already declaring to not do their jobs.

i also want to point out the fact that the GOP is trying to obstruct Hillary before election day.

they already know she will win. they have that little faith in Trump.

nothing rigged about it.

So, the GOP should've confirmed Garland when they had the chance.

Well, they STILL have a chance, at least he's a moderate, but public pressure will force them to concede to Clinton's nominee.

the GOP actually has control over saving the party and reputation, or committing political suicide in the name of....well, nothing really. remaining the party of 'No' is not smart, from a political standpoint, nor a voter standpoint.

So get a moderate judge, or fall on the sword and end up letting a completely liberal judge take the vacancy.

it's an easy decision. but of course, the GOP isn't known for making common sense decisions lately.

another big issue that have both parties seemingly split between themselves is the issue of energy dependance.

Do we continue fracking and risk more man made earthquakes?

i understand it's not the fracking itself causing the earthquakes, but the injection of the wastewater and such.

are their better processes we can invest in? what about the oil pipeline?

The saudi's still control the prices, so i wonder how congress and the new administration will tackle this.

It's funny.

I am learning languages on a site called duolingo. It's good for getting the basics down.

I have run through their Spanish program 10 times, so I started their French program.

I flipped on the TV, and Hillary was on.

I started through the program. and a sentence came up for me to translate from French to English.

The sentence was; "Elle ment" ..... which, of course, translates to English as "She lies".

I felt that it was an amazing case of universal synchronicity.

And that they were not from Clinton or from her private server.

I wouldn't say THAT is the reason it won't affect the election.

My guess is it won't affect the election simply because it won't be finished (the investigation, that is) by the election date.

New Emails in Clinton Case Came From Anthony Weiner’s Electronic Devices

WASHINGTON — Federal law enforcement officials said Friday that the new emails uncovered in the closed investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server were discovered after the F.B.I. seized electronic devices belonging to Huma Abedin, a top aide to Mrs. Clinton, and her husband, Anthony Weiner.

The F.B.I. is investigating illicit text messages that Mr. Weiner sent to a 15-year-old girl in North Carolina. The bureau told Congress on Friday that it had uncovered new emails related to the Clinton case — one federal official said they numbered in the thousands — potentially reigniting an issue that has weighed on the presidential campaign and offering a lifeline to Donald J. Trump less than two weeks before the election.

In a letter to Congress, the F.B.I. director, James B. Comey, said that emails had surfaced in an unrelated case, and that they “appear to be pertinent to the investigation.”

Mr. Comey said the F.B.I. was taking steps to “determine whether they contain classified information, as well as to assess their importance to our investigation.” He said he did not know how long it would take to review the emails, or whether the new information was significant.

Mr. Trump has fallen behind Mrs. Clinton in most national polls and in many key states. Polls have been tightening in recent days, however, amid the daily release of hacked Clinton campaign emails published by WikiLeaks.

Mr. Trump seized on the F.B.I. action on Friday at a rally in New Hampshire. To cheers of “lock her up” from his supporters, Mr. Trump said: “Hillary Clinton’s corruption is on a scale we have never seen before. We must not let her take her criminal scheme into the Oval Office.”

After deriding the F.B.I. for weeks as inept and corrupt, Mr. Trump went on to praise the law enforcement agency.

“I have great respect for the fact that the F.B.I. and the D.O.J. are now willing to have the courage to right the horrible mistake that they made,” Mr. Trump said, referring also to the Department of Justice. “This was a grave miscarriage of justice that the American people fully understand. It is everybody’s hope that it is about to be corrected.”

The Clinton campaign did not immediately respond to the development. As Mrs. Clinton arrived in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, she waved at members of the media gathered on the tarmac but ignored shouted questions.

The Republican National Committee also cheered the new attention on Mrs. Clinton’s emails as a potential turning point in the race.

“The F.B.I.’s decision to reopen their criminal investigation into Hillary Clinton’s secret email server just 11 days before the election shows how serious this discovery must be,” Reince Priebus, the Republican committee chairman, said in a statement. “This stunning development raises serious questions about what records may not have been turned over and why, and whether they show intent to violate the law.”

In September, Mr. Comey announced that the F.B.I. had closed the investigation after determining that no one should face criminal charges. But Mr. Comey did criticize Mrs. Clinton and her aides for what he termed the “extremely careless” handling of sensitive information.

Ya ... its a civil trial basically ... if he loses he will have to re-imburse his customers .. he won't be in PRISON ....

Its a wee bit different than Hillary being investigated by the FBI for putting people LIVES AT RISK and letting China and Russia inside our State dept. and putting our CLASSIFIED and TOP SECRET info on a PRIVATE SERVER in her bathroom ..

SHE PUT AMERICA AT RISK .. he made a scummy business move ...

Never said he was a good guy .. i can't stand him .... i gave my reasons for voting for him at the beginning of this thread ...

Texas and Fla. also investigated him ... they came up empty .. in Fla. it appears he paid off Pam Bondi with a 25k donation to her campaign ...

THERE'S THE TRUTH LIBS .. thats how u answer questions even when the answers aren't what u want to say ... *L* ...

NY also investigated him and shut him down .. no ones sure why .. other than .. well its NY .. democratic run 100% .. the Clinton Foundation/arm of the state dept. is ROLLING ALONG ...

This is just too funny.

I am going through my French program, which gives me sentences and words to learn.

Here is the latest:

Elle a arrêté sa carrière, which translates to; she has ended her career. lol

I know that they are just random sentences .... but it is amusing to me. wink

So, just watched a Hillary press conference.

One of the things she wants is for the FBI to tell her what they have. I wonder why? Maybe so she can spin it over the next 11 days?

And also, she encouraged everyone to vote early. She didn't encourage everyone to vote, she specifically said "to vote early".

Wonder why?

Maybe her Weiner problem is legit? (couldn't help it - sorry)

I have no doubt no info will be found in time for the election though. OR, it will be shoved under the rug IF there is something.

He might beat Trump even worse.

Clinton and Trump are the two least popular candidates ever. If anyone else besides Trump was running against Clinton, she would lose.
