'Voter fraud'? California man finds dozens of ballots stacked outside home
Jerry Mosna was gardening outside his San Pedro, Calif., home Saturday when he noticed something odd: Two stacks of 2016 ballots on his mailbox.
The 83 ballots, each unused, were addressed to different people, all supposedly living in his elderly neighbor’s two-bedroom apartment.
“I think this is spooky,” Mosna said. “All the different names, none we recognize, all at one address.”
His wife, Madalena Mosna, noted their 89-year-old neighbor lives by herself, and, “Eighty people can’t fit in that apartment.”
They took the ballots to the Los Angeles Police Department, but were directed to the post office. They felt little comfort there would be an investigation, and called another neighbor, John Cracchiolo – who contacted the Los Angeles County Registrar's office.
A spokeswoman for the Registrar said the office will investigate. Both Cracchiolo and Jerry
Mosna told FoxNews.com they think they stumbled upon a case of fraud.
Jerry Mosna, right, and his neighbor John Cracchiolo, left. (FoxNews.com) “Yes, there is voter fraud. We saw it with our own eyes,” Cracchiolo said.
In a statement, the office of the Registrar said, “We are carefully reviewing our records and gathering information to fully identify what took place. Our preliminary assessment is that this appears to be an isolated situation related to a system error that occurred causing duplicate ballots to be issued to an address entered for a single voter. We are working directly with the system vendor to ensure the issue is addressed and to identify any similar occurrences.”
Further, spokeswoman Brenda Duran said the Postal Service “has indicated that they returned all of the improperly addressed ballots to our office.”
Spokesman Richard Maher confirmed the U.S. Postal Inspection Service has offered its assistance. He would not comment on the number of incidents, saying only there are “relatively few.”
John Fund, a journalist and co-author with Hans von Spakovsky of the book, “Who’s Counting: How Fraudsters and Bureaucrats Put Your Vote at Risk,” said someone could easily have voted with these ballots using a variety of fake signatures.
“It is doubtful they would have ever been detected,” Fund said.
Von Spakovsky, senior legal fellow and manager of the Election Law Reform Initiative at the Heritage Foundation, said voter fraud is prevalent enough that it could make the difference in a close election. The Heritage Foundation, he said, has recorded 430 cases of voter fraud -- proven cases where someone was convicted or a judge ordered a new election.
A former FEC commissioner and counsel to the assistant attorney general for civil rights at the U.S. Justice Department, von Spakovsky said California is of particular concern because of the rising number of noncitizens illegally registering and voting in elections, as well as the “terrible shape” the voter registration rolls are in.
The 89-year-old neighbor to whom the stack of ballots was addressed is hard of hearing, and was unavailable for comment. The Mosnas stressed that the ballots clearly were not for her -- and have not even discussed the issue with her.
recreational ballots might go 5/5 this election cycle. Get that tax money. Stop putting people in prison for this
“To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public.”

Interesting story, I'm 100% certain this is the last we will hear of this and it will be put into the log book as a mistake and conspiracy theorists who believe there is rampant fraud in elections will be told to just look at the number of times it has been proven, which is relatively small... so move along, nothing to see here. #yourvotecounts

Joel Johnson: Bernie needs to be ground to a pulp. We can't start believing our own primary [censored]. This is no time to run the general. Crush him as hard as you can. Other than that, hope all is well and congrats on Nevada!
John Podesta: I agree with that in principle. Where would you stick the knife in?
Joel Johnson: Obama betrayer (Wh will affirm). Hapless legislator (Senators/members will affirm). False promiser (policy elites will affirm). Can't win (black people will affirm).
Is it me or are some of these starting to look completely fake?
Wasn't there an article about forged emails?

Ha! You wish that was fake. Well it could be fake, but it would be the first fake document that Wikileaks has released in its 10 year history. You be the judge.
There are 'fakes' that are regularly passed around on Social Media in the sense that they're made to look like Wikileaks releases. Always look for the email # and refer back to the source. If no link and no email # is provided, it's likely a fake.
Actually, if it hasn't been painfully obvious, I really don't care either way about these emails.
It's a lot of people gossiping and talking trash about each other.
Or in other words: typical work emails sent between employers and employees

If the polls closed right at this moment (which they won't) and if the results in each state perfectly mirrored the current RealClearPolitics average of polls in each state (which they won't), Hillary Clinton would be elected president by an electoral college margin of 8 votes.
From her high in the polls a week or two ago, Clinton's leads in a number of critical battleground states have collapsed or evaporated entirely. The election could come down to one state with four electoral college votes that flips from Clinton to Donald Trump and, boom: A 269-269 electoral college tie, and a vote by the House of Representatives to decide on the next president -- who, given the composition of the House, would almost certainly be Donald Trump.
On Thursday, that Clinton state with four electoral college votes raised its hand. Hi, New Hampshire! Two new polls, from Boston Globe-Suffolk University and WBUR-MassInc put the Granite State at a virtual tie, with the continuing trend in the state away from Clinton. That's Trump's 269th electoral college vote. Or, really, his 270th: Polling in Maine's second congressional district (which allocates one electoral college vote separately) has Trump in the lead. He wins the states he holds now and that one in Maine? President Donald J. Trump.
The trend is stark for Team Clinton. As the national race has tightened, so has the race in a number of big states. (Lines on the charts below are scaled to the number of electoral votes in each state.) Even if New Hampshire is a tie now, notice where the trend is going.

Like the republican FBI director said, no reasonable prosecutor would take this up.
All well.

- Political parties are sometimes blurred (this election is a good example.) - The FBI Director was appointed by Obama - That FBI Director laid out in convincing detail about how badly Hillary screwed up but then gave an odd recommendation not to indict. Perhaps that was knowing that the only person in the world who could bring charges against Hillary was Loretta Lynch, the Attorney General who was appointed by Obama, was previously appointed as a federal attorney by Hillary Clinton's husband, and who had a 'curious' meeting in the back of a plane with Bill Clinton shortly before it was announced that no charges would be recommended
Oh and that's a whole different email case lol. I linked to one of the Podesta emails. This has little/nothing to do with Hillary's use of an unsecured private server to send classified government information, or her decision to delete 33,000 emails with BleachBit shortly after getting a subpoena from congress to preserve evidence in that case.
You slam him first for not recommending indictment, and now you're praising him for launching a new investigation over something that might not even have anything to do with Clinton.
So again, she hasn't been charged with anything.
So these emails sound like a bunch of gossip and trash talking.
Politicians playing politics. News at 11.

Not a republican dude ... left that crap ass party 20 years ago ...
I think Comey should be in jail .. along with Lynch ...
Talk about dereliction of duty ...
And once again .. your to smart to believe what u write ...
There's not much i agree with u on .. but your smart .. and u know how to think for yourself ..
Your simply playing politics here ..
And i still believe Lynch and Comey should be in jail ..
I'm happy there was a crack in the door and Comey did the right thing and crashed through it so he could right his wrong .. but that doesn't excuse him for not doing his job the first time ..
Yes, you're voting for trump mainly because you support conservative policies.
I'm voting for Clinton because I support liberal policies.
We both are looking past all their crap.
So let's not act like I'm the only one playing politics.

When you say 'you', are you specifically talking about me or are you just kind of lumping me in with other right-leaning individuals you've read?
Comey's decisions have been curious to say the least, but I don't believe I have ever slammed him. If I have, please show me a link. I think his hands are tied given the ridiculous power structure at the top, and there is essentially no way that Loretta Lynch would ever charge Hillary Clinton with anything, no matter how strong the evidence. It's just hard to imagine a scenario where that would happen.
My thoughts are that Comey knew this all along and instead deferred the decision to the American people. What else would explain the press conference he gave back in the summer, where he did not formally recommend charges but absolutely laid into Hillary nonetheless. That was not a speech clearing her of wrongdoing by any stretch of the imagination. It is now up for us to decide our future on November 8th.
By the way, you may have noticed that there are leaks coming from all over the place. The Russians are the most common scapegoat in all of this but when all is said and done, I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if at least some of these leaks came from our own intelligence agencies.
I'm not concerned with Russians meddling into our politics. We do the same thing, and for the most part it ends up meaning very little when it comes to elections.
My biggest, and really only issue is trump cozy relationship with them. There's a lot of talk about how much he owes to Russians, or even the kremlin. That's something I have to consider.
Anyway, his job isn't to defer to the American people. This has never happened before, it's why it even caught republicans off guard.
So again, we don't know why he did. It could be what you said, it could be that he's trying to save face, it could be that there's something legitimately there, it could be just about anything.
So I dunno. But what I will say is I like obama not criticing the dude, and letting this play out instead of hearing talks about firing the guy.
It's here, so let's see what happens.

It took me a long time to write this. I had to dig deep into my being to come up with these words. I’m recanting my endorsement of Hillary Clinton for the presidency.
I’m aware of how vindictive Clintonians can be. I’m not speaking about the Clintons themselves, but of those surrounding them. Perhaps the saying is true: dime con quién andas y te diré quién eres. Your staff, your donors, your surrogates, and those you surround yourself with are a reflection of who you truly are, no? If not, why not curb any unacceptable behavior? Silence, indifference, or inaction is as incriminatory-at least to me.
There has been no repudiation, let alone denunciation, of what was said in those emails-just denial, finger pointing, and doublespeak. To appoint the very same folks who carried out many malicious behaviors to tip the scales for Hillary is just as unpardonable. Why reward unethical behavior? It’s mind-boggling.
I rebuke with my heart, mind, and soul all the twisted narratives of sexism, misogyny, racism, and classism lay at our feet. Though some of them are legitimate, most were used to derail valid grievances from our communities and completely erase us. Our voices were drowned out by empty accusations, by a nefarious usage of identity politics recommended by one of our own, no less. That is a bamboozling of POC and unsuspecting allies. This is why Hillary Clinton doesn’t deserve our vote, among many other reasons.
Many of us have been groundlessly accused of being politically illiterate, of having a conscience, and of being idealistic for expecting fairness. As if caring about our fellow human beings and we was such a bad thing. Without our love for others, without empathy, we are nothing but empty vessels, carcasses without souls, worthy of none of the things we cherish the most. Fairness is ingrained in our brains. If you don’t really care much for it then you might just be a psychopath or a made sociopath. There’s no going around that. Are you one? I hope not.
Bernie Sanders was treated horribly by the DNC, the Clinton crew, and the Obama administration, and by proxy, many of us were also stung. Without any apologies. In fact, we received nothing but contempt from the Clinton campaign and her surrogates. Then they expected us to fall in formation. Many of us did. I said I would endorse Hillary if she won the primary fair and square. And I did, but that was before I got a hold of all the highly unethical things that happened to get her to win.
I’m not telling you not to vote for her. I’m aware of what is at stake. The Supreme Court and a petulant man-child that might quicken the apocalypse, I know. I’m telling you that I’m no longer endorsing her. Vote with your conscience. Vote strategically. Or don’t. It’s your prerogative.
I’ve seen how our heroes, activists, journalists, and celebrities have completely sold their souls to support something no person with an iota of morality would do. I’ve seen them say and do things to derail candidates who would have been a million times better for those less fortunate around us. It’s unfortunate most pretend to fight the establishment, to act like they love the people more than they love the struggle and the relevance that it brings them. I am not one of those and I won’t continue to be until the good Lord takes me.
Yes, I am heartbroken, I am angry, I am defeated, but I will rise and continue to advocate for you, for my people, for those that don’t have a voice. But I refuse to be a pawn, a conduit of their oppression, of their disenfranchisement, of their brutalization, of their exploitation, of their lives and deaths. That’s what a Hillary Clinton endorsement means to me.
You may vote for whomever you wish. Or don’t. But please, think of the repercussions before you cast it and never stop holding elected officials and their water-bearers accountable for how they’ve treated, treat, and will continue to treat you and me.

He lost. The popular vote wasn't even close. Get over it.
This mans tax plan was never gonna fly with the majority.
If Bernie was the nominee, I'd seriously think about just staying home.

This is probably the most interesting part of the election. Who gets control of congress.

He was treated like a crazy old has-been at every step of the way, you almost expect that from the 'other' party and Trump in particular (Crazy Bernie Sanders) but the way he was treated by his own party is absolutely disgraceful. If I were a Bernie supporter, there is no way I could ever bring myself to vote for Clinton and the corrupt establishment, even if I truly felt Trump was worse. Call it a matter of principle.
Of course, I don't have that dilemma because I actually like Trump! However, I do feel for those out there who hate the corrupt machine and also truly despise Donald Trump. I don't know what to tell you guys and gals, I know you're out there because you've written it on here many times. Stay home, vote for the 'lesser of two evils', vote third party... I don't know. None of those are satisfying options.
I felt sorry for the Bernie bros until they started calling Elizabeth Warren a sellout. Then I just kind of ignored them after that. I didn't like Bernies policies because they were economically impossible.
WOW! Wikileaks proves Hillary knew in 2014 the governments of Qatar and Saudi Arabia are funding ISIL (ISIS) yet accepted donations from the same to Clinton foundation.
Saw republicans on TV last night talking about who could potentially be the candidate for 2020 lol.
Knowing the conservative base. They went from Romney to trump.
So most likely their top 2020 candidates will be Sarah palin, Paula dean, Ted nugent, or one of the Bundy brothers. Somebody from either the tea party or alt right, in general.

How is it Voter Fraud if the PO delivers a bunch of unused ballots to a mailbox.
I get that it's dumb but I don't see fraud...No ballots were filled out, none were turned in. How is that fraud
There's a reason I don't post to u EVER on the football stuff .. i've replied to u maybe 10 times in 10 years ... and 8 of those 10 times were before I realized exactly who u are ..
Incredibly enough .. those same reasons hold even TRUER when it comes to this stuff ..

BleachBit Mocks Hillary Clinton’s ‘Cloth or Something’ Server Gaffe
by LUCAS NOLAN2 Nov 2016351
BleachBit, the company responsible for the file deletion software utilised by Hillary Clinton’s team to delete her emails, recently released a new product called “Cloth or Something.” The new product is a set of microfiber cloths featuring an image of Hillary Clinton holding the BleachBit logo with a quote from Clinton in response to being asked if she wiped her private email server: “Like with a cloth or something?”
The product description reads, “August 2015 Hillary Clinton was asked, ‘Did you wipe your email server?’ and she evasively replied, ‘Like with a cloth or something?’ A year later we found out that ‘cloth’ was BleachBit, a software application that deletes information ‘so even God can’t read it,’ as Congressman Trey Gowdy announced August 2016.”
The page goes on to list many uses for the cloths while poking fun at Clinton’s actions during the investigation,
After you have smashed your BlackBerry, don’t forget to wipe the fingerprints from your email server with this non-abrasive, soft microfiber Cloth or Something.
Thin, foldable size makes it easy to stash the Cloth or Something in burn bags.
