First, your title isn't close to the subject of your video. I dunno if you did that on purpose or not, but i thought you'd be better than that. this is what i get for thinking the best of people on this board, apparently.
Second, this video is so flawed. first, he knew what he was doing. he intentionally made sure to leave out the subject matter, or context of the questions.
third: i want to point out to the board that this video is being filmed in a busy campus area, and when he's away from the campus, looks like a fairly big city. definitely a metro area.
When people are talking about the voter ID's, these laws affect mainly people in rural areas, where the communities are poorer and access to the DMV and such isn't readily available.
as a matter of fact, they even closed some DMV's in major black dominant areas, coincidentally around the time Voter ID laws came into effect, like in Alabama:

so i wanted to point something out about these voter ID laws. here's an excerpt:

you see, the problem is that these new Voter ID's laws changed the game. people who have been voting for years with one form of ID are now required under new Voter ID laws to get another form of ID, as the one they were ALREADY using is now, out of nowhere, unacceptable.
And like i previously pointed out. states are trying to make a new form of ID required, but then turn around and shut down DMV's that provide those forms of identification under the guise of "budget cuts".

Actually, he interviewed Berkeley students that are currently being trained in this type of group thought. I'm absolutely sure he got his expected responses from them.
My views are simple. If you're too stupid, lazy, or incompetent to carry a simple state ID then IMHO you're not qualified to vote. Many states REQUIRE an ID just to live in the state and be a citizen of that state. I mean seriously if you can't handle this extremely minor act of responsibility then you have no business influencing what affects my future. No excuses.
Now anything beyond asking for ID to prove who you are is flat out wrong. No questions should be asked about race or sex ... PERIOD. If they don't trust the process that they issue their state IDs then they need to fix that instead of asking inappropriate questions.

It's even more than that.
It is illegal to work without 2 forms of ID, 1 being a photo ID. The federal form I-9 requires documents that prove both the employee's identity, and legal right to work in the country. Do people break the law? Of course. Should the fact that people break the law be justification for not requiring an ID? Not to rational people.
If you want to open a bank account, you are required to show ID.
If you want to join a union, you need a photo ID.
If you want a loan, you need to show an ID.
If you want to rent a home, apartment, car, or anything else, you need a photo ID.
If you want food stamps, welfare, and so forth, you need a photo ID.
But, for some reason, some people think that it is somehow too difficult for people to bring an ID to vote.
It's just amazing. Actually it's also kind of insulting. They are saying to people "We don't think that some people are capable of handling going to a license bureau once every 4 years to get a photo ID." A photo ID costs $8.50, once every 4 years, in Ohio. It's $10 in Michigan, and it can be waived. If someone doesn't have an ID, then they can't legally work, or do much of anything else ..... so it's not like such a person doesn't have time to get an ID.
There are so many excuses why we should not have photo ID laws for voting, but they are all hollow, and are actually insulting to many people, saying that they are no capable of getting a $10 ID (waived in some states for those with lower incomes) once every 4 years. It is ridiculous.

As a Conservative I find most Blacks to have darker skin color than me. Darker than Native Americans skin color and Asians skin color as well. From the videos he posted a while back, I would say Swish has darker colored skin than me but then I remembered he is half Turkey, which disqualifies him from consideration.
