As a Businessman, Trump was able to see all these things the Rich can use while the Middle Class can't because they are not in the system. The Bankers, Wall Street, and the Rich work in a rigged system. That is why they support Hillary. Trump wants to fix that system. So do I.
I dunno 40, I could probably hire illegals if I wanted too. Pay them less than I should and do quite well off of it.
I'd rather not do that as it's against the law, whether our government closes their eyes to it or not.
There are things at every level of 'they system' that people can game. Trouble for Trump is that he's running against the system he's openly taken advantage of and rightfully getting called on it.
Quite frankly, I don't want him 'fixing' that write off for depreciation as I'm trying to get back into real estate myself.

Just depends on what kind of real estate you're getting into
“To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public.”
Ever been a Landlord before? Home prices are high again as most folks are no longer under water with their mortgages. The people who got burned the worst during the crash were those who bought to rehab.
I don't like giving financial advice so don't take what I say to heart. The only time I gave advice was on the old boards when I begged everyone to buy gold at $400 per ounce. I was laughed at and called Glen Beck.
I cried bitter tears, sitting there on those sacks of gold. Sold them a $1,900 per ounce. You and Swish Remember?
I have been, I know how hard it is but it's the only way I know how to generate more income while I'm painting as well.
Don't have the extra money to buy gold or stocks and sit on it till they appreciate. That stuff can fluctuate far too much.
People will always need a place to live, and for the time I was in it before I didn't have too many horror stories. There were some to be sure, but not a lot.

Well that is a plus that you have experience as a Landlord. I wouldn't buy gold now either. I am starting to love oil now. Yes, people will always need a place to live. Good luck in all that you do my man.
With all the negativity and strong emotions this time of year, I sincerely hope people use their vote as their strongest means of support and don't resort to some extreme violence to prevent their perceived opposition from winning...

Trump!
If only Freddy was still alive. I can almost hear the thump, thump, thump of the base and kick being replace with Trump, Trump, Trump while Brian May makes that guitar sing.

Your problem, and it is your problem is that you believe everything trump and his minions say. Even his own campaign manager said she has no problem lying to people to get the vote.. No problem at all and you bought in.

Donald Trump Jr. and top aide retweet baseless allegation of assassination attempt
By Aaron Blake November 5 at 11:46 PM
Trump was quickly rushed off-stage by Secret Service at a campaign rally in Reno, Nev., on Saturday night as a scuffle erupted in the crowd directly in front of the stage and a man was led away. It wasn’t immediately clear exactly what had happened.
But amid the chaos, some people seemed sure. Within minutes, at least two top Trump campaign voices — Donald Trump Jr., and top social media aide Dan Scavino — passed along unsubstantiated claims that the GOP nominee had just survived an “assassination attempt.”
Trump Jr. also passed along a claim that the person who caused the disturbance had a gun.
And he retweeted a suggestion, shortly after the incident, that Democrats were to blame for violence at Trump rallies:
Someone on the scene had shouted that there was a gun. But there wasn’t, as the Secret Service soon confirmed.
In fact, it quickly began to seem there hadn't been any apparent threat to Trump at all.
After the rally, multiple reporters interviewed the man who had been led away. He was not a Democrat, but rather a Republican who opposed Trump. link

I guess some are shocked and afraid that some Republicans refuse to support this Republican candidate. The guy had no gun..just a sign that said "Republicans against Trump".
