Yes, basically. He's crazy!
I want the Cleveland Browns to be my pallbearers so they can let me down for the last time.

Wonder if he'll make it - by my calculation, he needs to be going at 7.39 mph for the remainder of time in order to break it - and he's walking now.
Anyone run? 7.39 is a pretty doggone good clip - and he's been going for 17 1/2 hours already..........

That's just over an 8 minute mile, which is pretty good for a marathon jog ... let alone a 153 mile trot.

He's slowing down...
At 17 1/2 hours he was at 106 miles which puts him at 6.06 mph.
He must have had one hell of a carbo load!

Marathoners are a special breed. 39? Would seem a little on the low side, but hey, if that's what it is, then that is what it is. A few years back, when I had between 8-10% body fat average for all sites, my resting heart rate was 64. The guy must be pretty lean.

Back in college, I went to a doctor appointment and had a resting heartrate of like 45 ... and the nurse looked at me like I was an alien.

LOL.. when I was 23 I had a sinus polyp removed and when I showed up for the surgery my heart rate was 48 and my blood pressure was 55 over 90... as they were wheeling in for the surgery the nurse said I didn't need anasthesia because I was probably going to pass out anyway...

In 2000 I was 50 years old and had a couple dizzy spells and my doctor ran some hospital tests. Resting heart rate was between 44 and 54 for 2 days. At the time the doc couldn't explain the conflict in that I weighed 240 lbs and was only 5'11. Been fine since...genes?
