What motivation does he have to return here? A bunch of teams will be interested. If RG3 stays...I think he is gone. The guy is talented. Go play for a winner AND get paid. Seems like the smart thing to do.

I know beggars can't be choosers, but I really hate howw RG3 scored that. I know. It would have been nice if we could have done it on a professional play call. Something like a fake handoff, roll out, and throw to a wide open fullback. I've seen lots of teams run a play like that and score in that position.

RG3 is the only QB I know who can't be trusted to get 1 yard on a QB sneak. He needs to go higher with the ball. You can't dive flat for a yard.
