No way. This is a winless team if ever I saw one. Not that I'm all that discouraged by everything I've seen because at least they aren't cratering like years past. I've seen bad and this isn't quite the horror show from years past. That's the best thing I can say about this year's Browns.

The most Browns thing to do would be to win the final 3 games of this miserable season .....and fall to 3rd in the draft, behind a 1 win Niners team and a 2 win Jaguars team ...... and miss out on both Allen and Garrett.

This is the time of the year when teams/players will fatten up their stats on the Browns.

A caller made a prediction on local radio that seemed oddly, not insane. He predicted the Browns will still have not have won a game by the time they fly to London next year. It'll be interesting to see what ingredients get added to the Browns petri dish as they move forward.

McCoy will have a record day. They will control the TOP with constant runs. If I coached a team playing the Browns, I would run twice, and look for the TE open over the middle on third down.

I think they could win, but doubt it highly. The offense is going to have to produce, to keep their offence and McCoy off the field.

Rumors that Rex will be fired this week if he loses to the lowly Browns.

I am still thinking SD in CLE next week might be our best chance to scrape a win. But, as one who thinks both Ryan brothers are horribly overrated...I wouldn't mind the fallout that might happen in Buffalo if we do upset them.

that being said...I will be a Niners fan also for the remainder of the season...just cuz I want that #1 overall.

Can we win? Yes, of course. RG3 could get hot, or their QB could go down or some fluke play could go our way and we squeak one out. The question is, do we want to win. The team should of course, but as a fan, I believe winning one game accomplishes nothing except losing the first pick in every round in the draft next year. The response is usually so what? There isn't a top QB worth that pick. Well maybe or maybe not. Even if true, there is always some player worth it. An elite pass rusher would be mighty welcome here in Cleveland. 15+ sacks a year guy would go a long way toward righting the ship on the D side. If one of those guys isn't available then perhaps a stud left tackle prospect is there. Play him on the right side or at left guard and let him learn from Joe. When JT is ready to either move on or retire we have his replacement at hand....

Or we can always trade down if there is a market for the pick and add additional resources. Having the first pick in the 2nd round has become a valued asset as well. Lots of teams wanting to trade up for a player still on the board they had ranked much higher....

One win... a fleeting thrill in an otherwise dismal season. The first pick in each round of the draft. Plus the additional picks we have acquired will go a long way toward rebuilding the team.

The problem is the Niners. They have one lone win. If they would just win one more, I'd be happy to see us pull out a W. I still like Hue Jackson and this coaching staff. I hope they remain. I believe if given enough time and a modicum of talent they could build a nice team here. Time and Talent. Lets hope they get more of each.

The Niners may actually be worse than us. It's sad though, 0-16. Looks like it's going to happen. It doesn't seem to make much difference now because we want the #1 pick but as a Browns fan it hurts and is embarrassing. I've been following this team for almost 50 years but this is about the worst. Nonetheless, I always have hope things will get better. I don't see how it can get any worse.
