Trub had 1 really bad interception. It was his worst the entire year. Not sure what to categorize a ref running into you as.

Kid has an arm but man he could REALLY use another year to hone his skills.(field awareness)
Although, I wish he were under center more. College is killing the QB position.

We as fans need to realize that college isn't gonna change. It's not their job to do so. The spread is here to stay for the time being. I agree. If I were a kid and thought I had a legitimate shot at the NFL level I'd be taking a hundred snaps a day under center and working on drops.

Then maybe the NFL needs to change their rule about when a player can come out, giving the NCAA something to ponder. Dilute their cash cow unless they go back to pro sets.

I'm completely in support of this. However, college athletics would go bankrupt. I think kids should be allowed to come straight from high school and work with NFL strength and conditioning coaches. NFL should have a D-league. However, high school football teams run spreads too.

In creating their farm systems, keep the players in there three years before letting them play in the bigs. That's time too really teach them what they need and all third year players there is a draft.

That's time too really teach them what they need and all third year players there is a draft. Is the NFL willing to fork over the cash and effort though? Dallas Lloyd and Solomon Thomas have been incredible. ST is why I'm hesitant to draft Jonathan Allen.

I can't answer if they are or not and I don't think they would necessarily need to be. I think the NCAA could be made to see the wisdom of requiring pro sets to be taught an executed. The NCAA goes on life support if their football product is diminished.

How much does the NCAA make a year on tv contacts? Move those players and who's making the revenue? How many of these college players at 18 wouldn't opt to get into a farm system making 100k a year instead of college and learn what they really need to exceed? I'm sure it would be a money making venture for the NFL.

How much does the NBA make off of the D league? MLB from minor league baseball? No network will broadcast these games. They're about to completely scrap showing high school games.

Make a practice squad league. I can't lay out the particulars but it might be feasible. Kind of like the high school JV/SR deal. Play games on Tues or Thursday or something.

That could have decided the game. UNC was completely caught off guard on one side and had everyone on the side of the play. That was damn lucky.

In the end it's best for both the NFL and NCAA for the NCAA to alter the way they do things and better prepare players for the NFL. the NFL may just need to twist some arms to get it done.
