They won't talk, and it's because of where the money allegiances rest.

How many times must I repeat to you that the only difference among the two groups are social policy? Both economic policies, despite verbal rhetoric, always benefit the top earners in our country.

Bernie rallied against these ideas, and wanted to vastly revolutionize our political and economic system. The NeoLiberals would lose power if this happened, and so the "throw Bernie under the bus" campaign happened.

This will end up how Obama and Co. will silence the progressive furor. Russia hacked us, yes. Did that cost Clinton the presidency? Nope, her dumb countless decisions come from her own lack of foresight on her part.

Such a shame this all starts to become. Get people angry about Russia, and try to slam through more dumb economic policies that impact only a few Americans.

Sadly, it tends to happen when one person makes unverifiable accusations about another. Or about a whole group.

It happens for other reasons, too, arch...
-reasons too numerous to mention- and too many to talk about in one post.

There is blame enough to cast around everywhere.

This place has been decidedly less fun to visit, of late.

I'll chalk it up to the prevailing atmosphere in our country these days.... but that don't mean I have to like it.

I come here, and see good friends of mine "going at it" like cats & dawgs... and I think to myself: "WTF, dudes? None of you can wave your phalluses in an arc longer than your d*cks can can scribe a radius... and not one of you possesses d*ck enough big enough to change to world- much less the opinions of someone who views you as The Enemy.

We may see things from differing P's OV... but that doesn't mean that we can't meet somewhere near the center- for a good, old-fashioned talk about things.

It never starts with those 'at the top' of the Power Structure...
It always begins with The Proletariat.

Swish and Arch need to find peace with each other, because nowadays...

Perhaps the best way to start talking is to quit making accusations that are ridiculous?

Perhaps.

But there a lot of other ways to push a conversation forward.

ALL of those ways begin with listening... something that's been severely lacking on EE threads, of late... from every POV.

The lack of said attribute is why I've backed out of these conversations. We no longer seem to have conversations... we just seem to have tit-for-tat fights.

Fights that lead to nowhere.

Can't be a part of that, myself... you know?

There seem to be a lot of those all over the board. It's why I don't participate as much as I once did.

and yet y'all sit can't move on. keep talking about whatever, I'm on to cincinnati. if y'all want to continue complaining about things that you also have some responsibility in, then look in the mirror as to why you're complaining.

Trump being potentially buddies with Putin isn't what will keep me up at night. It's these 2 life threatening issues:

1. North Korea
2. Pakistan vs India

No one should be fooled, Russia, China, Iran, NK, and others are our enemies. They work to hack our systems, steal our technology, weaken western governments and expand their own reach in the world.

We have found ways to do business with these enemies which tends to lighten how we view them but they remain enemies none the less.

Finding ways to work with them is good for the United States but we must never drop our guard for they will do us harm when given the chance.
