If you must know I am eating at this moment an assorted plate of fruit and a nice tall glass of milk, plus my usual 8 glasses of water per day. As a treat I might just have a bran muffin as well, but I doubt it.
Tonight, after my hour and a half workout, I will be having baked chicken, fresh green beans and rice, along with another glass of milk. I hope my eating habits truley satisfy you.

Well,it's a much better description when someone asks you "what you're having" than "food" was. I'll grant you that much!

Luckily I have my boots on right now,or I'd be pretty PO'd at you for getting BS all over my feet. Cause it's getting deeper!

You know what? You strike me as a guy who's probably 5'9",that claims to be 5'11",balding with a slight beer belly in reality. But that's just a guess.

The gf and I ate at Tsukasa last night, a restaurant where they cook in front of you, ala Benihana. I have leftovers from that - they'll be warmed up in the microwave in about 30 minutes.

I'm 6' 1" and weigh 192, I have 3% percent body fat, so your description of me is way off base. Nice try at trying to "dog" someone who respects themselves, too bad it didn't work.

No. I do that after all my workouts, it's kind of hard to eat and flex at the same time.

No,I'm not trying to "dog you".
But from experience I've found that the picture one presents of themselves,or even believes of themselves, are often very different than reality. Especialy on the internet. Just something I've learned. And it didn't take me long to learn that either.

I was trying to give him the benefit of the doubt, but now I'm convinced from comments in this thread he's just arrogant.
Lunch, well I decided to go off track and got a big mac and a diet coke. Yeah I know diet coke? Regular soda is too sweet to me, I gave it up a couple years ago and can't usually drink it anymore. Big mac was good, hadn't had one in awhile. I try to watch what I eat, but I don't go overboard with it, just try to stick to smaller portions of things that may not be as good for me.

Arrogant, no, confident, yes. There is a fine line, but when your in the shape I am, I can understand that some people would be a tad bit jealous, not saying you but I am sure their are people reading this thread wishing they had the self control I do. Oh maybe I should have used a smilie or something when I responded to DC I think it was, I was being sarcastic, but I am not as vain as I come off, but I am proud of my accomplishments and have no problem discussing them.

I used to like Quiznos, but I got a Mesquite Chicken sub there, and I have had many of these subs, that the chicken was bad, and I didn't actually get a taste of the bad pieces of chicken til half way through, and and did I get sick.
After that I switched to their salads, as I feared their chicken. Those also began making me sick after eating them. This is at the Quiznos closest to my work.
I stopped at the one near my home, and was talking to the guy there and he says the one near where I work is owned by his cousin, and he would not eat there himself, he flat out told me they do not keep a clean kitchen and their food practices do not meet Health Dept regulations.
Needless to say, I haven't been back to the Quiznos near my work since.
