Just made a chicken breast on the Foreman, and was going to make a baked potato with some butter, but I ran out of time between trying to get the baby to eat and the dog. The dog has had some diarrhea with what looks to be blood, and he's not acting himself. Now I have to leave for work, so I gotta woof this chicken down.

From what I've seen, men who are so obsessed with their own appearance and so in love with themselves... are typically gay.

There's a difference between being proud and being smug. You're the reason for that episode of South Park.

But from experience I've found that the picture one presents of themselves,or even believes of themselves, are often very different than reality. Especialy on the internet. Just something I've learned. And it didn't take me long to learn that either.
Well from my experiances on the internet, most people I have met stood behind what they stated, but since I am a newbie on this site, I guess your used to running into a bunch of liars, which really doesn't bold well for this site or any other site that you have learned from your "experiances". If you want we can meet face to face sometime, and then you'll see I only speak the truth.

A cheeseburger with bacon, an over easy egg, lettuce, tomato, onion.
And a Labatts Blue, then another, and another, and another, and another, and another, and another, and another.
Ah Summertime.

I make something very similar Clay!
I cook the meat on the grill seperatly,so no ham. But I get Cauliflower, broccoli, onions, mushrooms and potatos. Wrap individual potions (with whatever choice of ingrediants they want added to their potato),in tin foil and make them on the grill. Only I call them "potato packs". Great on the grill or an open fire. Also do fish with seasonings and veggies in foil over an open fire.
Frickin GREAT!

I started with a Field Greens salad with radishes and celery topped with malt vinegar and roka blue cheese dressing.. the malt gives it some zing.. then the carpet guy called so I gotta go run and let him in an apt.. after that I'll have to raid the fridge and see if it's gonna be a sammitch or what.

I'm gay because I take care of myself, and look damn good? Ask my wife if I'm gay, or if your married ask yours as well, I am sure the answer would be the same from both of them.

It has nothing to do with "this site" And if you've been on the internet a lot for years, and have met many of those you've corresponded with, you can't "honestly say" that they all were "what you percieved" them to be.

In all honesty? From reading your posts,I doubt that I would be impressed or that we would have much in common to discuss unless you're a die hard Browns fan. But I never turn down a free luch if you're offering. Of course,I get to order my own food.

Pit - are those raw potatoes you add to that mix? How small do you chop them down? Also, how long on the grill until they are done correctly?
Also, tin foil can be fairly flimsy - do you wrap it multiple times, or use that thicker stock that is offered in stores?
I'm gonna grill this up this weekend...

I'm not trying to impress anyone, I am just giving my opinion on a message board, since that is the concept of a message board right? I do find it funny though, that alot of people here like to attack others for unwarranted reasons, but hey thats why I check in here once or twice a week, I love to read people who get their panties in a bunch because they don't like what or how something is wrote by someone else.
Take this thread for example, I respond and people attack me because I live a healthy lifestyle. How sad is that when people are so insecure about their own actions, they feel the need to attack someone just because they take care of themselve and are proud of that. Thats funny and quite sad at the same time.
I will pray for you guys who feel the need to attack because of your own insecurities.
Well I am outta here, Friday is cardio day for me, and I need to go run my 10 miles, so have a nice weekend to all.

and he claims to have 3% body fat... mmm which can be unhealthy in itself.. the body needs fat... not a lot of fat mind you like a lot of Americans these days, but if you only have 3% body fat you need to get some more fat.
Some people need to realize that life is short and you should go out and enjoy it. If you live by saying, this is bad for you and that is bad for you, you are missing out on life. I'm not saying go out and eat a nice big fat juicy burger, but treat yourself once in awhile. Moderation is key. Never do anything too much including exercising excessively.. Have some fun!

I had every intention on joining the discussion about what I had for lunch....but it seems Chunk has drawn all the attention to himself and his sveltness.
Dude, you were doomed the moment you said that word.
Anyway, I went to this Italian restaurant in Dublin name La Scala for their lunch buffet...and DAMN it was good...too full to be sitting at work though...gotta drop the kids off at the pool now!

One and a half to two inch cubes insure even cooking. I do use "Reynold's Wrap" rather than generic foil because of its added tensil strength. It is a thicker foil than most generic brands. I place them on the "top rack" of the grill keeping them away from direct heat and they're done in 35-40 minutes. If however, you don't have a top rack, cut your time down by 10 minutes and you should be fine. Baked potatos on the grill can be done, but it's much harder to insure even cooking. But this works great and they're delicious! Yes,raw potatos.

My thoughts exactly, can't just say "I'm outta here, enjoy your weekend" He needs to throw in tidbits about himself and what he is doing.
And he wonders why we think he comes across as self-centered.

3% body fat ???? That's nothing I bet I have at least 20% or more.
