Tony Jefferson - DB - Cardinals
NFL Network's Mike Garofolo reports the Browns are aggressively pursuing free agent S Tony Jefferson, and offering him the most money.
Per Garofolo, the Ravens are also after the soon-to-be former Cardinal, but aren't competing with the Browns financially. Jefferson is easily the market's top safety. He'll have to decide between money and a chance to win in 2017. We don't have to tell you what usually wins out. Related: Ravens, Browns

Kyle Juszczyk - RB - 49ers 49ers agreed to terms with FB Kyle Juszczyk, formerly of the Ravens. Juszczyk is an excellent blocker, but also an adept pass catcher, snagging 78 passes over the past two seasons. He'll be a versatile body out of the backfield for creative play-caller Kyle Shanahan. Slowly but surely, the 49ers are at least adding a few viable NFLers to their skill corps. Juszczyk turns 26 in April. Related: Ravens

Kenny Stills - WR - Dolphins
The Miami Herald "would be surprised" if free agent Kenny Stills doesn't re-sign with the Dolphins.
The Dolphins are making a late push to keep Stills after he looked likely to leave for better offers. Early reports expected Stills to command $12 million annually but it sounds like he could settle for a deal in the range of $8 million. Re-signing Stills would block Leonte Carroo from a bigger 2017 role.

Kyle Juszczyk - RB - 49ers
New 49ers FB Kyle Juszczyk's deal is for four years and $21 million.
ESPN's Trevor Scales reports it includes $10.5 million guaranteed. It's a staggering amount of money for a fullback, though Juszczyk has arguably earned it with his blocking and pass catching. He's also going to play for Kyle Shanahan, a coach who expertly utilized Patrick DiMarco in Atlanta last season. It's a ton of coin, but the rebuilding 49ers can easily afford it.

Here's a new Romo thought.
Jacksonville.
Young WRs. Just got a new Tackle in Albert. Defensively talented.
Plus that division is terrible.
Coughlin has been said to not be "all in" on Bortles, which is good, because he's not (good)
Hell they might be able to flip Blake to a QB starved team for a decent pick and then draft Romos replacement.
Am I the only one that pronounces hyperbole "Hyper-bowl" instead of "hy-per-bo-le"?

hmm, never thought of JAX. I still think he winds up in WASH/DEN, but it's not a terrible idea (good weather, no tax, young team, easy division)

Yesterday one of the sites carried a headline that 5 players were being targeted by the Browns, and had a picture of Tretter on the link, but no mention of him by name. I too think he would be a good signing.

Tony Jefferson, Zeitler and Pryor would be a good free agency... And there's cap space for more. Hankins would be a good low level signing.

Newsday reports the Jets aren't expected to land free agent S Tony Jefferson.
The Jets were the early favorites for Jefferson but have since fallen behind the Browns and Ravens. They aren't expected to come close to what Cleveland is offering. Jefferson is expected to get more than $7 million annually.

Like someone alluded to Pryor (hehe) to my posting...would be huge for us to land Tony Jefferson, Zeitler, and Pryor...
We were rumored to be chasing the FB from Baltimore (spell check and his last name don't match one bit lol) but seems like the 49ers out bidded us on his services...
Hoping we can work some magic as we need a huge off season in FA/draft/coaching to improve this team in 2017.

I think that either would be exceptional in between Bitonio and Zeiter. Just a thought.

Just a thought.
I know Greco can play Center, but I'd like to save him to backup whoever is injured. I'd like another guy, established guy, who plays Center as his main position.

Greco is still recovering from Lisfranc surgery, and won't be ready for the start of the season.
Tretter has been a good starting C for Green Bay, when healthy. But like Bitonio, he has had trouble staying on the field. Tretter has been used all over the line by GB, but best suited for C.

That wouldn't be a bad deal for Pryor. 8mil a year and only $20mil guaranteed. Definitely worth that. Then if he really lights it up, I'd revisit it in a couple years.
WE DON'T NEED A QB BEFORE WE GET A LINE THAT CAN PROTECT HIM my two cents...
