I agree ... this was done HORRIBLY ... every aspect of it has been a dismal failure and Donnie has no one to blame but himself ... IMO this is his one big black eye so far .. its been a series of errors since it was issued ...

I'm expecting an actual executionable executive order on Monday or Tuesday ...

To me it isn't about the bad one does or the good one does. That still doesn't mitigate the fact they are here illegally.

What is it about illegal entry in to this country some of you people don't get??

Nobody ever answers that question.

I am all for Dreamers. I want people to seek the dream. They just have to seek the dream legally.

First we need to close the border. Then, I am all for finding a way to normalize those here illegally who haven't been ciminal. I am not big on just shipping people back if they have been good eggs while here.

The President has even conceded that we won't simply start shipping people back in mass. Good for him. It isn't practical and probably isn't the right thing to do. But, they have to step forward and seek the legal means towards citizenship, or at minimum gaining a valid work visa. Those usually only last a year. I would be open in changing that and granting visas that lasted 2-3 years. I agree with Swish in that we do have jobs that would be hard to fill without immigrent labor.

Your ok with the illegals on welfare and every other public subsidy ... they all have

- free health care for them and there kids
- free school through 12th grade
- the money we spend on interpreters is INSANE ...

There all not on welfare but almost all of them are on the rest and use resources and take away jobs and drive down wages ...

There's a whole host of things to consider ...

Illegals cost this country 125 BILLION in 2013 .. none of the libs wanna talk about that ... there's so many costs associated with illegals it's incredible ...

I'm with U ... lets get rid of the criminals witch is all we're doing right now yet the libs portray it as kids getting pulled out of school by men in black kids masks and big guns ... lets get the wall up ... then we can chat ...

Your wall is a pipe dream . Parts of it are already in place , have been for years, and still your vaunted wall will NEVER be built . You were gullible enough to fall for the carnival barker telling you what you wanted to hear .The money would be better spent building the wall in southern Mexico where the real problem begins .

I am not OK with all the welfare, etc. I am OK with finding a way for finding a way for those in this country illegally to find a way to stay here.

Look, we are on the same side of the "fence" on this issue. Close down the border, then as you say, have a chat.

There is a way. Simply expelling millions of people might not be the best way. I think we can figure out a way to stop the flow in and allow many of those alreay in to become legal in a expideted manner.

Seems like a fair way IMO.

Personally I think anyone who marries an American should be given a provisional resident status right off the bat. The provision being they don't get divorced for say 10 years. There should be no fees and no costs so long as they become legally married and can show they won't be living on welfare. Right now there are way to many roadblocks to marrying someone from another country and it can costs thousands and thousands of dollars.

Yea, I had bumped my head on the table before I typed that but I did sorta have Swish in mind.

Also we would boot him after he served cuz we needed him then.
Sorta comes down to a "what have you done for me lately" kinda thang.

I will think on it further once the swelling has gone down.

That's gonna hurt, Dawg.

Rusty parts have a tendency to grind a bit, at first.

Swish could probably front you a hit or two of Afghan Kush, to serve as "mental WD-40"... It's also good for physical pain management too... and I hear that it's more fun (and long-lasting) than an ice cube on that knot-

wink

Just playin' with words tonight.

Guess you'll just have to wait for that WD-40.

Maybe he's currently accessing 'his inner Sun Tzu?'

Yup .. lets keep them borders open ... wonder if this dude was eligible for Daca or dreamer status ...

http://www.foxnews.com/us/2017/03/08/man-accused-decapitating-mother-was-in-us-illegally.html

Man accused of decapitating mother was in US illegally

A Honduran man accused of decapitating his mother in North Carolina was in the United States illegally, federal officials said Tuesday.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokesman Bryan Cox told FOX 46 Charlotte that the agency had issued a detainer for the suspect, identified as 18-year-old Oliver Funes.

The suspect's full name was not immediately clear. Cox said Federal records list his name as Oliver Funes Machado. However, local court records listed the suspect's name as Oliver Funes Machada, public defender C. Boyd Sturges III said.

Franklin County Chief Sheriff's Deputy Terry Wright gave the mother's name as Yesenia Beatriz Funez Machado, citing a spelling given to authorities by her 14-year-old son.

Prosecutors allege that the suspect decapitated his mother and then walked out the front door of her house holding her head in his hand while wielding a knife in the other. He was charged with first-degree murder Monday.

WNCN, citing a search warrant application filed Tuesday, reported that the suspect told investigators that he stabbed his mother "like 8 times" and said he killed her "because I felt like it."

District Attorney Mike Waters said officials were seeking a mental evaluation of the suspect. Sturges said he spoke with him for an hour in the Franklin County jail.

"It does appear there's some substantial mental health issues involved in this case," Sturges said. "I'm not a doctor, so I can't really elaborate. He's a pretty profoundly disturbed young man."

Waters said due to the suspect's apparent mental state, "this is something that's going to take weeks and months for us to get some answers as to why this happened."

Waters said the suspect was being transferred to Central Prison in Raleigh. His next court appearance is scheduled for March 14.

Two young girls in the home were not hurt. A fourth child was in school when the attack occurred. Deputies were searching the home hours after the body was discovered.

Neighbor Randy Mullins, who was leaving his house minutes after the first deputy arrived, said he saw the woman's head lying in the front yard about five feet in front of the porch. The deputy appeared to have just handcuffed the suspect and seemed rattled when Mullins approached to ask if he needed help.

"You could see in his face he had a lot of concern. I'm not saying he was scared, but you could tell he was concerned," Mullins said of the deputy. Mullins then went back to his house across the street and told his 91-year-old mother to stay inside. He said a half-dozen more law enforcement vehicles arrived within minutes, and a deputy covered the woman's head.

"I couldn't believe it. Things like that don't happen," said the 59-year-old Mullins, who has lived in the neighborhood for 25 years. "You can't believe somebody would do that. You hear about that, but it never happens across the street from you."

Mullins said the family had moved to the neighborhood sometime around June. He didn't know them well, but he and his mother said they seemed friendly.

"If they were outside, they always waved at you," said Clearsy Mullins.

Randy Mullins said the suspect appeared placid as he sat handcuffed and the deputy was kneeling down to comfort the two younger children.

"He was sitting there like he didn't have a care in the world. He didn't appear to be upset. He didn't appear to be crying."

Man who had been deported to Mexico five times charged in deadly L.A. car crash

Marisa Gerber and James QueallyContact Reporters
JoAnnie Duran was stopped at a red light when her sister’s fiance called. She struggled to make out most of his words, but finally two of them stuck: “Sandra’s dead.”

Duran pulled into a gas station parking lot and sobbed, but couldn’t bring herself to say the words out loud. She had Sandra’s 12-year-old son in the car with her. How could she possibly break it to him? And how could it be true? Her sister had called her just 20 minutes earlier to tease her about a video she’d posted on Facebook.

Even now, more than two weeks since her older sister’s death, she cannot accept the way it happened. Officials say a drunk driver ran a red light, smashing into Sandra’s car that Sunday morning — an hour or so after the sisters worshipped together at church.

The driver — who faces murder, vehicular manslaughter and driving while intoxicated charges in connection with the Feb. 19 crash — is an immigrant in the country illegally who has been deported from the United States at least five times, according to police and court records.

Its a long ass article and i don't feel like copying and pasting the rest of it ... u libs may wanna go read it .. there's stuff at the end you can glom on to and tell me how wrong i am and what a racist, heartless person i am ...

I haven't posted in this thread since page 2 and you target a reply to me with this garbage now? You have issues beyond being a racist, heartless person as you said; I think you need some love in your life, a day in a church that is not judgemental or a vacation in Mexico so you can see they are just people and not boogie men... Dude, I wish you the best of luck with your mental health and urge you to seek treatment. Honestly, we care about you here.

Today were going to do the State Farm version and show how like a good neighbor Mexico is always there ..... rolleyes ... we'll start with the skill set of some of those coming over ... not that I don't think this is an important skill to have ... there will be a 2nd edition today showing what great neighbors they are in more than just the skill set area ....

Click on the link ... The pictures tell the story graphically the words are depicting ... its pretty eye opening ....

http://www.breitbart.com/texas/2017/03/0...urf-near-texas/

GRAPHIC: Mexican Cartel Spreads ISIS-Like Beheading Video to Gain Border Turf near Texas

Narco-terrorism is thriving near Texas as one of the Mexican cartels controlling the U.S.-Mexico Border is resorting to ISIS-like beheading videos to intimidate rivals and to scare the civilian population into complete compliance. The cartel, Los Zetas, is fighting for control of lucrative border drug and illegal immigration corridors into Texas. Breitbart Texas obtained exclusive video of Los Zetas’ narco-terror which can be viewed in full on LiveLeak.

A video that was leaked to Breitbart Texas by our sources in Mexico this week shows the moment when two gunmen wearing masks stand behind a shirtless man and begin to interrogate him. The gunmen claim to be members of the Los Zetas and fire off a series of threats against other Los Zetas factions; including Cartel Del Noreste (CDN), Vieja Escuela Z, and others. You can see the entire video in the Darby-Ortiz LiveLeak Channel; warning–the content is extremely graphic in nature.

Roughly an hour after publication, LiveLeak removed the video despite having served as a reliable platform for those wishing to share graphic content strictly for non-journalistic purposes. Should any law enforcement or other officials wish to review the footage, feel free to contact Breitbart Texas.

In the video, the shirtless male kneels as he is interrogated. The victim says he is David Mandujano Montoya and had been sent to Ciudad Victoria to carry out crimes in order to spark fear.

Mandujano said he worked for Pancho Carreon, one of the leaders of the Vieja Escuela Z in the southern part of Tamaulipas. His group would receive help from the Gulf Cartel, Carteles Unidos, and others.

“This is a message from all of the Zetas in Ciudad Victoria,” one of the gunmen yells out. “To enter Tamaulipas and especially Ciudad Victoria, you need permission.”

The gunman further taunts Pancho Carreon, telling him to stop sending more people or they would meet a similar fate. The gunman claims that they do not tolerate extortion or kidnapping and those who do that are not Zetas.

“Victoria is Zeta territory, without CDG, CDN and other cartels,” the gunman says in the video as he asks the citizens to report on anyone who is carrying out kidnappings and extortions.

Immediately after, the second gunman pulls out a large silver meat cleaver and begins to cut the victim’s throat.

Soon after, the victim falls forward and the gunman uses the cleaver to hack away at his head. Once the gunmen sever the head, they place it on top of the victim’s back to begin removing the hands.

Brief, graphic footage of a second decapitation acquired at the same time by Breitbart Texas has been appended to the end of the video.

As Breitbart Texas has been reporting, Ciudad Victoria is one of the main battlefronts for a fierce turf war between various Los Zetas factions. Initially, the groups known as Vieja Escuela Z and Grupo Bravo had been fighting with the faction going by the name “Cartel Del Noreste” or CDN. Since then, Grupo Bravo and Vieja Escuela Z have severed ties–waging a multi-front war. The constant fighting has resulted in almost daily kidnappings, executions, drive-by shootings, and gun-battles.

Authorities have not commented on the contents of the videos, nor if they have located the bodies of the victims. Mexican law enforcement officials consulted by Breitbart Texas claim the gunmen in the video are likely members of the Grupo Bravo who are trying to re-brand their organization amid the shifting alliances and betrayals. The members of Grupo Bravo appear to have laid claim to Ciudad Victoria. Time will tell if the violence relent.

Portland - this made me think ... hopefully if u ate fish at your illegal buddies restaurant that none of the fish came from here ...

Also ... u love the food at the illegals restaurant ... one of u guys was whining about having a friend thats a cook but doesn't make enough money ... well maybe u can put him in touch with the Mexican restaurant guy ... oh wait ... he prolly pays ILLEGALS 4 BUCKS an hour to get around the minimum wage laws ... Tsunami of sewage spills’ at Mexican border ‘deliberate,’ says California mayor

The massive sewage spill in Tijuana, Mexico that polluted Southern California beaches last month appeared to be a deliberate move, a local official said.

More than 140 million gallons of sewage spilled into the Tijuana River in Mexico that flowed into the Pacific Ocean on the U.S. side of the border.

The spill, which spanned from Feb. 4 to Feb. 23, was caused during repairs to a major sewer pipe, the International Boundary and Water Commission said

Serge Dedina, the mayor of Imperial Beach which is located about 10 miles outside Tijuana, told the Los Angeles Times the spill looks like it was “deliberate.”

“It saves (the Mexican agencies) a lot of money in pumping costs, and ultimately, they can get away with it and do it all the time, just on a much smaller scale,” Dedina said.

He described the incident as the “tsunami of sewage spills.”

San Diego County beaches, which typically would be closed by such a spill, were already off-limits to swimmers and surfers due to runoff as a result of recent storms, Dedina said.

Imperial Beach, for example, was closed for days in 2012 after a pipe broke in Tijuana and spewed nearly 3 million gallons of sewage into the ocean.

Over the years, several large sewage spills on both sides of the border have worsened conditions in the Tijuana River, one of the most polluted waterways in the country, according to the San Diego Union-Tribune. Old sewage infrastructure in Tijuana and the lack of any plumbing in some residences there have been blamed for the problem.

Dedina said last week his office will seek an investigation into the spill and its aftermath, adding that U.S. officials “must make fixing sewage infrastructure a priority and issue of national security.”

Dave Gibson, an executive officer of the San Diego Regional Water Quality Control Board, agreed with Dedina's assessment. He said, "at least a notification would be a good neighborly thing to do, to let us know what was coming down the river before it got here so we could alert the public."

I never said they were illegal. I guess in your world any mention of 'brown people' must mean they're illegal. FAIL!

This ones interesting ... a judge broke the law ... and at this point nothing happend to her ...

Oregon judge faces scrutiny for allegedly helping illegal immigrant escape ICE

An Oregon judge is being investigated after she allegedly helped an illegal immigrant elude ICE agents in January by guiding the man through a private entrance at the courthouse.

Multnomah County Judge Monica Heeranz was notified by court staff that ICE agents were waiting outside her courtroom to possibly apprehend Diddier Pacheco Salazar, a 22-year-old Mexican national attending a DUI hearing, U.S. Attorney Billy Willaims said.

Specific details about what happend inside the courtroom next is not clear. But Salazar reportedly somehow managed to leave the room using an employee exit.

"I prepped my client. I said, 'I don't know if they're going to pick you up outside or what, but here's how to prepare,'" John Schlosser, Salazar's court appointed lawyer, told a local paper. "After the court appearance, I went out in the hallway and sat. My client never came out. I can't say that I'm surprised he didn't come out, but I gave him his options, and assume he had to have been escorted out some other way."

Salazar was arrested two weeks after the incident.

ICE agents decided not to investigate Herranz, who is also on the board of directors of the Oregon Hispanic Bar Association, but Chief Judge Nan Waller is conducting an internal investigation.

Waller told Fox 12 Oregon she wants to figure out what happened before discussing the situation.

Williams calls Herranz’s alleged actions troubling.

“When you’re talking about the judicial system – whether it’s federal or by state – you have an expectation that people are going to abide by the law and not take steps based on their own motivations, their own politics – whatever the motivation was.”

“I felt that it was inappropriate and delegitimizes the work of ICE agents who are out there doing their jobs,” Williams said.
